Best apartments ever. Seriously can't say enough about how great this place is. Brandon, the maintenance guy, he's really one stand up dapper gentlemen. Office staff is amazing, they are always so welcoming and friendly.

Great experience so far. Only ding I would have is lack of sufficient security cameras at entrances to buildings as well as the doors being open at all times with no security needed to get into the building.

The main issue regarding noise is due to the construction. I can hear my neighbors above AND below me, but the loudest sounds are those going up/down stairs and shutting that door on the main floor. There are a few neighbors who cause the police to come a lot, would be nice to not have to deal with that, but again, places can only control so much.

The Palmer has an ideal location next to a park with easy access. The garages are large with room for storing several boxes or items. I like the white subway tile in the bathroom and kitchen and the light kitchen cabinets dont show fingerprints. The light carpeting in the bedroom is really nice and the large windows let in lots of light.

Brand new when we moved in, we moved here because of the access to the John derry park for our dogs and sons baseball practices. Its quiet location which is very nice. Parking is a struggle and residents dont always pick up after their dogs

Great place to live. Lots of really cute dogs and the people are all very friendly. The view of the mountains is breathtaking from our apartment. We recently toured 10 different apartments all around DTC/Parker range and the Palmer was easily the best.

I expected much more from a property that markets itself as a "luxury" or "high end" apartment complex. My review would be unfavorable. I don't believe it would be useful to you for marketing purposes.

Great place to live I moved from Florida and chose this complex excellent and quiet the service is great. the common areas are great the gym the apartment is in excellent condition I 100% recommend this complex.

The apartments are extremely isolated from each-other so I don't hear much noise from other residents which is super nice. The common area, gym and "green area" is incredibly nice and well kept. Maintenance when needed has been swiftly.

Great staff, quick maintenance team, beautiful campus. I have enjoyed living at the Palmer, its right next to John Derry Park so you don't feel like you are living in a concrete jungle. Walking and running around the area is easy and I felt very safe here. Since I moved from out of state (quickly) and didn't view the apartment prior to signing the lease, it would have been nice to know that the entire campus was smoke free. I'm a stress smoker. And as you can imagine, since the global pandemic began life has been pretty stressful. Having to walk across the street to the bus stop to smoke a cigarette is pretty inconvenient and just adds to the stress of the current state. I would encourage a smoking area to be located in certain parts of the campus. In June of this year, I had a new neighbor move upstairs from my unit. He seems to be a lot younger and really enjoys partying until all hours of the night. During the day it sounds like someone is bowling, at night its like I'm at a Rave - not fun for someone who has to work at home 3 days a week and normally goes to bed early. There is very little sound barrier between units is non-existent. The back patio area attached to the units are wooden with slits in them, if it rains, snows, or is just dusty my patio furniture was covered and soaked. And anything my upstairs neighbor left on his porch (including his underwear) ended up on my patio area. Parking is rough. I would advise getting a garage. Guest parking is at the front of the leasing building so if you live far from the office your guests will have to walk. I don't see an end in sight for the parking situation. That piece wasn't thought out when the complex was built. Overall I was happy here and I'll miss it!

The Palmer has been inviting as a home the second I walked in! Everyone in the community is so friendly, and I love my new apartment and the community amenities! The location is also fantastic! The neighborhood is very quiet and is very close to I-25 and essential stores!

Reasoning for my low security rating... 1. Parking lot not secure 2. Individual buildings not secure 3. Front doors only have one lock on them If the buildings arent secure, we at least need 2 locks in our front doors.

It is overall nice. However, It is a little pricy given other apt in the area offer something similar or better but cheaper. Also, I have neighbors smoke weed and play loud music, but there isn't a lot we can do about it. Parking for the owner is okay, but let hope we don't make any friends because there very limited spot for guests to stay over.

We just moved in and had an issue with the AC. The staff was very friendly and were quick to repair the AC. Someone even stopped by the next day to make sure it was working properly. Since we moved in a little over a week ago, we have had nothing but positive experiences with staff and neighbors. Everyone is so friendly!

The apartment community is awesome! The Leasing agents and management do a great job keeping me informed of fun things to get involved in. The grounds and apartment building hallways are kept in stellar condition. Very clean.

they welcomed me to my new home with such initiative to help with all my needs. They were so kind and care about me personally. I love all the amenities. It is such an amazing deal and everyone is so kind! I feel like I'm at a resort everyday!
