Living in complex 4550 Cherry Creek I felt comfortable and cozy, I felt home care and coziness. Friendly attitude of neighbors and staff towards people and animals. Living in the complex I felt safe and it really is!

I love calling 4550 home! the staff in the front & in the office is always professional and kind! shoutout to Laura, Allie and Daniel and the rest of the team! As for the maintenance team they are always quick to the job shoutout to Carlos and the rest of the team as well!!

Very courteous and helpful staff, concierge, maintenance staff. My apartment floor plan , location and access works for me. Secure parking, grounds, pool, workout equipment all work for me. I am very satisfied

I donāt have additional comments. Thank you for all the improvements. I have noticed a lot of positive changes. The community events and food trucks are super fun. The new ideas the team has implemented to engage the residents are great!

Nice apartment, good staff, and friendly neighbors! Close to all stores and many restaurants. Amenities are very enjoyable and useful. Security is very good. Management team is helpful and polite. There is a nice view from the balcony or even from your window if your apartment is on high floor.

Nice building, great neighborhood, Admin is difficult at times. Infrastructure is aging (hot tub breaks often, apt needs a ton of work on the regular) Garage is unsafe with no cameras, regular break ins and our car was stolen last month.

Our fridge broke and was replaced with a brand new one immediately. Unfortunately and not to the fault of the building, the brand new fridge out of the box stopped working a few days later. They immediately replaced that fridge and we are up and running again. Jesus and Carlos are fantastic! Thanks everyone for your speedy help!

I recommend this apartment complex. Everyone is nice, they keep the common areas very clean, and most of the staff is very friendly and willing to help. There can be something wrong with every complex, but 4550 keeps them at a minimum

I have had a terrible experience with this apartment. We have had multiple severe maintenance issues and the team seems unwilling or unlikely to fix the issues. We are paying for a luxury apartment and this is not luxury.

I love my 4550 community! I have lived here going on 8 years and this is my forever home. The architecture, starting with the building itself, is stunning. I feel like I live in a high class hotel/highrise. From the chandeliers in the lobby and hallways to the arches in each unit, 4550 is different than any other highrise in Denver. The views are the best you will get of the entire front range of the Rockies. The amenities are great too!

I love ?? this community and area. It is located, around so many different places. The staff is always so welcoming and supportive to my needs. The amenities are great and I like the weekly events. I love ??, when we have Santiago. Itās been a while. Time for breakfast and champagne again.

Very friendly. Surprisingly quiet especially since we live more near the city. The front desk gal Ashley is very sweet and very friendly as well as helpful! The amenities are really cool and well taken care of.

So far we really enjoy living here! After touring we knew this was the perfect spot for us and our needs at this time. The application/leasing and move in process was super easy and we felt supported throughout. The community is nice and we really enjoy the amenities

Living in the community has been great so far the building is clean and the staff is friendly. The apartment sizes are HUGE for the price and a really great central spot. The amenities are really nice and the lifestyle team organizes great resident events!

Everyone is friendly, itās beautifully kept up and clean. I moved in for the safety of my daughter and I and I believe we found the right place. The pool and hot tub are wonderful, we canāt wait to use the grills and fireplace.

This was a decent place when we first moved in. Now itās fallen apart. Grounds are continuously is disrepair, elevators are down constantly, staff (besides concierge) is rude and unhelpful, and maintenance takes forever. Trust the negative reviews on Yelp and Google. Donāt be fooled by the exterior: We are moving out ASAP.

Construction of the building is concrete so noise is hardly ever an issue. The apartments are generous in size with well laid out floor plans. The building amenities are well maintained. The pool could be a little warmer. The Lifestyle, maintenance, cleaning and leasing staffs are polite and responsive. There are 4 elevators, one doubles as a freight elevator. One or two go out of order quite frequently, making wait times long. I am on a lower floor with garage access, so this does not affect me as much. The exterior entrances and elevators have keyfob locks. However, the 1st floor interior stairwell doors do not, allowing floor access to anyone who can get in the lobby, which is easily done. The biggest problem, the same as any community living situation, is with the tenants. People can be ignorant and disrespectful no matter how much money they have. Overall, I enjoy living here very much and the staff does their best. Unfortunately, some people just suck.

4550 Cherry Creek is very impressive from a distance with its towering height, but the building is so poorly constructed and so poorly maintained, that I would suggest going next door to AMLI Cherry Creek until such time as Greystar invests the capital required to return this property to a āluxuryā living experience.

We love 4550 Cherry Creek. The apartments feel like homes, they are so spacious with high ceilings, the staff are very helpful and friendly, and we love the amenities. We use the gym several times a week.

I love loving here! The apartment is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the mountains, and the location is convenient for me to get to work. I also love having such a nice gym in the building so itās easy for me to get a good workout in.

Personally, I love my apartment, however, I do feel that the halls should be maintained better. Although they have been painted and the carpet has been replaced, the walls and doors are all chipped. They really need to be maintained on a monthly basis.

My experience at the apartments is OK. The parking garage is a mess people speeding through there and going in and out of the wrong way and the apartment manager is doing nothing. Please address this problem.
