I just moved into the Park Crest apartments in Glover Park and I love it. The neighborhood is fantastic - very safe, quiet, beautiful, and still close to the city (easy walk to Wisconsin Ave, and buses run right into DuPont Circle). Note that the apartments vary quiet a bit - I saw 3 1-bedrooms and they were all very different. That said, they were all very spacious and well-maintained. Appliances aren't brand-new, but the renovated apartments ($200 more/month) come with extra cabinet space, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Biggest draw-back for me is the lack of washer/dryer in-unit, but that's pretty standard in Glover Park. I love that the fitness center is 24-hours, and that there is emergency maintenance staff available 24-hours, as well. For all that you get at Park Crest, it's the best value in DC!

We're really happy with the community and the neighborhood. We're really lucky. We couldn't imagine living anywhere else with our new dog ? it really is the perfect neighborhood to have a dog. Staff and maintenance are friendly and reliable.

I am still relatively new to this community, as I just moved in several days ago. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied with my experience at Park Crest. The staff is friendly and helpful, the apartment is in great condition, and the location is perfect for me.

The building management staff are amazing, and help residents with everything possible--even when resident needs extend to questions about the neighborhood and/or parking off of park crest grounds. Really happy living here, and other residents seem to feel the same way.

Love the neighborhood. It's nice to live near the park and escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still be near shopping and dining. Staff is friendly and helpful and each request I have entered is answered very quickly. The buildings are old, but solid.

Overall Park Crest is a nice place to live. The apartments are really bright and spacious with very good closet space. They are old, so the kitchens are outdated and there are frequent maintenance issues, however, staff is always quick to respond and very friendly/courteous.

Wonderful apartment with plenty of space, good heating and A/C, working utilities, and very helpful and responsive staff. It's a nice neighborhood, but not super easy access to the rest of DC since there's no metro, although there are buses that come through the area.

Very nice office staff and extremely helpful. Maintenance so far has been terrific.Maintenance and cleaning staff are all very friendly and helpful and nice. If you are looking for a nice, safe, quiet place this is it. Ony drawback is transportation and age of buildings--not much insulation between floors.

Plumbing is terrible in this old building and sink is frequently backing up onto the kitchen floor. Maintenance will fix it, then its back to it a couple weeks later. My packages have been stolen down at the mailboxes. The staff don't let you know when people will be coming to do maintenance if you ask for work to be done, or if you ask when to expect the workers, the workers will show up hours later. The actual apartment is fine, the maintenance workers are really friendly, things like the plumbing and broken dryers or treadmills just don't get fixed quickly (or at all).

My apt was newly renovated, but there was not enough space in kitchen cabinets, drawers or counters. I was told repeatedly that it was 800 sq ft, but it does not seem that big to me (based on comparison to other apts I was told were 500-600 sq ft. However, even for 600 sq ft it is a good value, and the buildings and grounds are pretty well kept. It is not very convenient to shopping and public transportation.

I have lived in Park Crest since 2008, and won't move until I'm ready to buy a condo. The staff is incredible, the environment is wonderful, and the rent is just right. I'd highly recommend Park Crest to anyone. Glover Park is a fantastic neighborhood, and Park Crest is a great complex.

I have lived in Park Crest for five years, and I have referred multiple friends to Park Crest. It is a terrific property with a wonderful and understanding leasing office, and for all that is included in the rent, it is an absolute steal! I am very satisfied with my experience here. Please consider it!

This is a great location with well-maintained buildings and grounds. It is a very friendly community and perfect for dog owners. Parking is often very challenging, but it is great to be so close to parks, hiking trails, community gardens, restaurants and shopping.

Fabulous rental office staff and quick turnaround on maintenance requests. You may need to make multiple requests to resolve an issue, but the staff is friendly and courteous throughout the process. To date, Bernstein Mgmt has been very good about alerting residents well in advance of apartment checks, construction, etc.

The apartment is quiet, pet-friendly, and well-priced for DC. I'm so impressed with the efficiency and kindness of the office and maintenance staff. My partner and I have thought about moving closer into the heart of the city, but good management is so rare, it's hard to leave.

I cannot say enough about the truly wonderful experience I?ve had finding, learning about, and moving into the Park Crest. I spoke extensively with my leasing agent who answered all of my question quickly and happily while always looking out for my best interest the whole time. I felt supported and appreciated through the whole leasing process. It is nice to truly be on a first name basis with the people in my property?s office; it really makes this apartment complex feel like a community and home. Thank you so much ? I love it here!

Park Crest has been a very pleasant place to live. The staff are friendly and responsive and do a good job of keeping the buildings, and my unit, in good shape. I've had very few issues in my long residence here.

Clean buildings, nice grounds. Maintenance response usually quite prompt. There is a generally good stability in this building, with four of the six units occupied long term by the same tenants. I like the fact that the rental office will accept delivery of packages when I am not at home and hold onto them for a while.
