    The Clifton has great amenities and is generally well-maintained and clean. Staff is generally responsive, but is most reachable in-person rather than via email. The roof deck and gym are great and are a big draw for me.

      The property manager and other staff were amazing when I first visited the property, and especially during move in. Also right throughout my stay they maintained a friendly and clean atmosphere throughout the property and occasionally curated really fun activities and social meet ups.

        I have only just moved in a few days ago, however I am already feeling so comfortable and at home. Everyone - staff and residents - have been extremely friendly, making me feel welcome! Especially important to me is the feeling of safety I have in the building. I am very happy with my decision to move to The Clifton!

          Moved into the Clifton and it was a breeze. The loading dock was easy to navigate with my movers, the unit is modern and updated, everything was very easy so far. I will be leaving more good reviews in the future.

            Hard to communicate about the many issues in the apartment. Barely any follow up and things are not fixed quickly enough. I hope there was a better way to fix things that are broken in the apartment. It's been more than a week and there are many issues

                  Really nice apartment bldg and quiet community. Close to Howard university and close to local restaurants and businesses. Underground parking is available and the staff were very professional and helpful.

                        Be sure to communicate with the leasing agents about your needs.. such as a clean apartment that is repainted and has no dead bugs. Also make sure they know when you are moving in and have the keys ready instead of making you wait..

                                  Seems like a very nice place so far. Gym is decent, location is very walkable and close to many stores and restaurants and such. The whole process was seamless and fast. Sally, the agent in charge of our application, is wonderful.

                                      We are very happy at the Clifton. The apartment is clean,sunny and airy. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The area has much to do. There is a nearby track . There is a nearby YMCA. We have a lovely rooftop.

                                          So far it's great. No complaints. We just moved about a month ago here so I don't have much to say. We enjoy the utilities. The space is very small. Just wished there was more outlets upstairs at the penthouse and wifi.

                                            Nice building, decent neighborhood, decent apartment. Was fully furnished when touring, which can distort sense of how big apartment is without furniture. Walls spottily painted before move-in. Good gym facilities, no need for other membership. Beautiful roof deck. Overall satisfied so far.

                                              While there is not much of a communal vibe with the other resident, the amenities are nice (especially the gym) and the maintenance staff are incredible. They have always gone out of their way to do a perfect job.
