So far, my roommates and I have enjoyed our time at this apartment complex. The property management staff greets us continuously throughout the week and their maintenance staff responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Has been great so far. Staff is all very nice and the amenities all work great. Front desk is always very nice and helpful for any questions I've had. The leasing office has also been very responsive when asked

We like the staff. They are responsive and professional. Whenever there's an issue or we need assistance, they are there to assist. Parking is great to have because street parking is minimal. Building is clean.

Very positive, staff is friendly, spaces are clean. Apartment appliances all work and are new. I requested service for maintenance and to have the gym cleaned and it was done very fast and properly. Thank you!

I have not lived in the community that long so my feedback should be prefaced with that. The building itself is very pleasant and new. The doorman and staff are all polite and attentive. The room itself is as marketed with no flaws as of yet.

This is a good apartment unit. It's a bit expensive but the amenities are nice and the units and lobby are clean. Mailroom is good too. Location can't be beat and apartment is similarly priced to nearby equivalent buildings.

I have not participated in any community meetings reason being i am busy and further more i am old (84 years). But, rest assured that I am extremely satisfied with everything that the Clifton is affording me.

Very easy move in process overall. I travel for a living and needed somewhere to live that was move in ready upon my arrival. Everything was clean, furniture set up even paper towels and toilet paper stocked upon my arrival. The facilities in this building are also very nice, with a fairly big gym complete with pelotons and a rooftop terrace to enjoy. Overall I'm very satisfied so far

The common space is amazing for folks in their late 20s/30s. Apt space is clean and has everything you would need. Great location south of Columbia heights/north of U St. The folks living in this building are pleasant.

Great apartment community. Nice residents and staff. Clean building and good amenities. Good location. Reasonable rent. Sometimes the internal courtyard smells like marijuana. Otherwise, the vicinity is quiet and respectful.

I love living at the clifton! the whole building team is wonderful and makes me feel at home. the building is beautiful and i love my apartment and the amenities like the roof and the gym and package concierge

Overall very nice building. I needed a short term lease with furnishings and The Clifton delivered. The furniture provided was very nice and modern. I'm glad I was able to find a building that offered exactly what I was looking for without having to spend too much money.

It's been absolutely amazing so far and the staff has gone above and beyond to make me feel right at home from the moment I moved in. I could not have asked for a better experience in any way, shape or form.

Almost everything is really great. There are only a few issues that have been persistent and not dealt with. For instance, the front doors are perpetually kind of broken and there is often water in the bike room. That said, all of our routine maintenance problems have been dealt with quickly and well!

Great! I definitely recommend the Clifton. The maintenance and front desk staff are friendly and care about your consideration/quality of life to the utmost importance. It also offers all the necessities of city living and a diverse environment.

Finding an apartment at the Clifton was very easy and the staff made the process seamless. Moving in was quick, easy, and staff made sure I had access to the garage, which was nice. Apartment was spotless when I moved in. Overall very appreciative.

The Clifton is perfectly situated away from the noise, but close to all you may need. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. The building is I think excelent condition and the amenities are just right.

The move in process was smooth. Staff are helpful and responsive to residents and their needs. When I moved it the apartment was clean and all the appliances were properly working. I'd like the instructions of equipments like the oven and washer/ dryer. Thank you for your assistance.

Love it. Great apt and a wonderful building. Staff is very professional and the location in Washington DC is great. I'm very happy we picked this place. We enjoyed meeting our neighbors at social events.

What an incredible experience. I may sound like a propaganda machine for the Clifton.. But they earned it. Truly made this whole process, which can be a nightmare, into a smooth experience. I am grateful. If you are looking for the apartment that will provide the highest-level consumer experience.. look no further. When issues do arise and you need speak with someone, they are there. After a back and forth of many months trying to make a decision this was the one group that stayed committed and genuine to helping me navigate the process. Thank you all.

Move in transitiion was quick in easy. Furniture was provided for my unit at an additioncal cost and Everything I need ot live was provided. Staff quick and responsive, Afew issues with the apartment initially but was quickly resolved

Management is not incredibly responsive but all other staff is. The amenities are incredible -- gym, pet "spa", concierge and package retrieval are all very helpful. The front desk staff is friendly and accomodating and units (while on smaller side) are fresh, with new appliances. You're also able to leverage a furniture rental service should that be of interest/needed. Overall, I recommend!

Awesome roof and amenities, artful and efficient design, the kitchen is super cute with subway tile backsplash and efficient use of stream lined cabinet face. Nestled on 14 st and Super convenient to everything you could possibly need. Overall pretty awesome place to live.
