This complex is amazing. The staff are so kind and really care about the residents. They are quick with responses and always want to help in anyway they can. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, and the location can't be beat.

We have enjoyed living at the Clifton. It is clean and modern, light and airy. We are grateful for the hard work of its staff to make this place a home. It is also conveniently located to U street, 14th street, and Columbia Heights metro station.

Overall we really like it but the appliance are clearly very cheap and often times have main fence issues. The same goes for our gym. We have a broken treadmill that I have requested maintenance on and it has never been fixed over the last 4 months.

My experience has been great thus far (i have only been here for a week) however there have been slight hiccups in getting answers on a few things, including my assigned parking spot, mailbox key, and minor maintenance requests.

Easy and seamless. Great customer service. It was a lso referral which made it easy to find. communication through the process. Great incentives. Also love the location and walkability. Concierge and delivery are very good

I love living at the Clifton. It's modern and in a great location. Staff are always very helpful and pleasant. They take great care of the building and there's a diverse crowd that lives here. It's a comfortable place to live.

Pretty good. Great location, and the apartment itself is very nicely situated and has an awesome private outdoor space. Negatives: the property isn't great at communication, and the fixtures in the apartment are pretty poor quality and have to be replaced with some frequency.

This apartment is absolutely amazing, the best place I have ever lived in DC as a young professional. Managers and staffs are very find and gentle. The building itself is recently built and interior of each unit is very clean and modern. I truely recommend this place to live. it definitely worth it!

The apartment design is very clean, the building has great amenities, and is very organized. The staff is here is extremely kind and willing to help at all times. I love the gym which includes 2 pelotons- it's personally my favorite.

please check the place it's amazing! Clean, organized, and new appliances . The staff are professional, MS mercy amazing, caring person, she will work with you and solve your concerns, and humble! If you looking for a place to live in , please make sure not to miss the opportunity! There is a gym and a spa for pets as well!

The Leasing staff was excellent and really helped my partner and I find what we needed. The apartment building is beautiful and very secure. The Clifton is in a great location and one of the many reasons why we choose this as our home for the next two years

The Clifton is a newer community that I discovered in walking around my favourite neighborhod to live in in Washington DC - Columbia Heights. I was struck by the courtesy of the staff and the efficient use of space in each unit. The building is supposed to be non-smoking and most residents abide by that rule, otherwise I have only positive things to say about the community and my apartment specifically. I have truly enjoyed getting settled in my new home.

Staff was wonderful and contract was quick and easy. I wasn't confused and move in day was also very smooth. So far I've loved the community, the staff is friendly and they already know my name and greet me as I walk in.

Very nice apartment, brand new. Windows keep noise out. Rental office is amazing, they have been so helpful and accommodating. Small gym and good rooftop. 24 hour concierge. Good design for the building.

I moved in recently and I've had a good experience so far. The building is quiet and nicely updated. The staff have also been great to work with and responsive to my questions and needs. I would recommend this building to others.

So far, it has been pretty good! Some things do not work but can hopefully be fixed by maintenance. The apartment complex seems to be very safe and the staff had been very hospitable and welcoming. The building is very clean and had a nice appearance.

Would not recommend it. See previous responses. I've had ongoing problems with dishwasher for several months and don't understand why request for maintance has not been addressed. Building itself is nice but appliances are not.

So far it's been great experience, I've lived at this location since 2003 and always I loved the location. Shopping, dining out or for other activities are walking distance. I look forward to have to experience those past experiences I had.

The staff have been unbelievably attentive. They made my move-in so much less stressful and very quick to respond to my needs. They give you reminder calls and are quick to notify you if packages. Maintenance came to fix an issue the next day.
