Things have changed it used to be quiet well kept. I come home to liquor bottles and cans, trash on the lawn. It's been slacking for some time now. The parking is ridiculous it's never anywhere to park.

I am very satisfied with my apartment. Staff & maintenance have been really great as far as I'm concerned. I value my privacy & the other residents are pleasant but respect that I'm a private person. I would definitely recommend Appleby Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment.

Enjoyed living in the Newcastle area I find that Applebee apartment is very close to different shopping stores. Gas stations in my bank. I noticed the apartment are right on the bus line so if I should have a problem with my car, I can go right out the door to the bus stop

We love it here at Appleby We will be renewing our lease with the wonderful staff for the 5th time this summer. The community is safe, friendly and welcoming. The staff is attentive and always there to help if you have any concerns

The area is pretty quiet most of the time. Some of the neighbors are friendly and inviting. The maintenance staff is amazing. The apartment can use more up to date appliances. Overall pretty peaceful place to live

So far so good. It is a very quiet and clean community. Maintenance is absolutely fantastic. I like the vintage style of the community and the fact that I have a private entrance with an enormous patio/balcony.

Lived here for 5 years now and love the community staff the maintenance workers how easy and accessible it is to transportation and Walmart is right down the street. It is also reasonable the price and accepts easy payments online.

My experience living in this community has been great for the most part. There are periodic issues with noise late at night but the majority of the time it is very quiet. The grounds are very well kept. I do not see any littering.

Great community to live in. Everyone is very nice and the staff is professional. Has a new BBQ area and soon a new playground. Animal friendly and apartments are a good size including a huge master bedroom. Kitchen is on the small side and there is no pool.

5 years no complaints only one bad resident in 12 unit building. Very quiet here and secure, reasonable parking well maintained parking lot and grounds . Maintenance department has grown more people on staff

It's decent, parking is very minimal but ultimately it's a quiet place to live. I enjoyed living on the first floor and feel empathy for those that don't. In the past I wasn't a very great tenant due to personal reasons and relationships but I hope I have made a better impression as time progressed. Thanks again for the timely and efficient repair.

Appleby is a nice quiet community. The grounds are always nicely maintained and you never see any trash laying around. There was an issue with parking but management has addressed that by supplying tenants with parking passes. There was a beautiful area put in that has a nice grill and seating area. A new park for the children has been put in as well. I live in a nice quiet building.

Clean apartments with great amenities. Good community, close to schools, churches, shopping and restaurants. Easy access to 95, 295 and New Jersey Turnpike. The property is clean and well kept, neighbors are nice and friendly.

Love the community. Very well maintained. Though I live on the third floor with three children and it's hard to keep them quiet sometimes the neighbors are nice. I like the fact theres a gym available as well

Neighbors here generally keep to themselves, but everyone I've come across has been very cordial. The office staff is very warm and accommodating and the maintenance staff is fast to respond, efficient, and very considerate of my premises.

Love the Appleby community just wish Rent didn't raise $100 each year. Would love to stay but if rent increases this high again, I'd be forced to move. Office staff and Maintenance are great. Quick replies and always making sure your satisfied.
