There is a dedicated staff that works on site every day. They are usually always available, and are soon to respond to messages. The community here is fairly young and many are pet lovers. I like that there is scheduled pest control, and a community workout center. It also seems very easy to bike.

Quiet hidden community. Pet friendly and walkable to anything you may desire. Close to Mizner and the beaches. Publix is walkable. Pet friendly and very quiet. I have lived here for over 6 years and plan on staying.

The Crossings at Downtown Boca is a great location for folks looking to be close to downtown Boca and Deerfield Beach but are looking for a more budget friendly rental option. The room layouts have a lot of storage built into the floorplan.

Great location, quiet and safe. Walking distance to markets, restaurants , wallgreens. It's a special neighborhood because there's only one way in and one way out , so there's no sound of traffic, just the train.

excellent maintained grounds could be nicer too many extra charges from original rent quoted. maintained is excellent and our community mgr is very strong. grounds need plantings and roof gutters flood the walkways i. heavy rainstorms

It's been great so far. The property manager Donna was new when I arrived but was the most welcoming presence. She takes her job seriously and is dedicated to making sure all the residents are comfortable - you can tell. Maintenance is great and speedy, feel more connected to them than i have at previous complexes i've lived in.

Leasing office staff Rick Harris was professional & friendly. Was given a tour of available units & the perks of each unit. I am hypersensitive to the neighborhood safety ratings & this community has a safe feel. This community is in a good location for work commute, grocery stores & the beach. Has a small walking park next to the community. Located right next to railroad, grocery store & restaurant so I anticipate an adjustment curve to the sounds. So my quiet rating is based on external vs actual community quietness.

It is so peaceful and quiet. There is plenty of parking. The application process is so simple. If you have any questions at all the manager, Rick, has all the answers. You can not hear anything when you are inside of your apartment. There's a nice park across the way. It's a very clean and quiet neighborhood. There's plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and places to visit close by.

It was quick process to sign the lease. We moved in within 10 days after showing. The place really nice with all amenities we need. Plenty of parking available anytime of the day. The pool is clean. Nice and quiet.

This community is very quiet and very clean. There is a cleaning lady who cleans around the community multiple times a week and keeps it in great condition. The community team is helpful and always consider any issues you may have. I enjoy living at this community and that is why I renewed my lease.

The leasing process was simple and enjoyable. I was happy to speak to a human being and not a 'chat/text bot' The property is safe, and quiet and is in a great location. Rick was fantastic at answering all my questions, and concerns. and was patient when helping me through the process. He is one of the reasons why I felt this would be a great place and community for me. The unit needs some upgrades however it is very comfortable.

Management is very kind and I like that the most about the Crossroads. The neighborhood is family friend with a nearby park. Neighbors are kind and friendly but the train is very close and can get very noisy, especially at night and there is very Lott noise cancelation. I'm really happy about the storage space, nearby pool and laundry service available at the complex.
