It's been great living here so far. The few times there had been an issue in my apartment the staff is quick to resolve them. The air conditioner was non responsive when I got home from work. Sure, sleeping that night with no ac wasn't great but when I got home from work the very next day the unit was working great again. All in all I can't complain.

I just moved in so I don't have that much experience. However, this is a very quiet area besides the 2 trains that come in the middle of the night. If you can handle that then this is perfect for anyone.

My experience has been quite disappointing. We were promised there would be lots of new things coming tonthe community, our cabinets would be changed, yet none of it has happened. The location is okay, however the train is very close and with such thin old windows it is louder than reasonable. The neighbors for the most part are nice, but we had a neighbor who consistantly played loud music (complained many times) and the management didn't do much if anything. They eventually moved away and since then the only person who is causing any trouble is the mentally ill woman who leaves her laundry (in the building she doesn't live in) in the machines for multiple days at a time. The proper ty is incredibly dirty; walkways are horrendous (caked in dirt, animal hair, gunk, peeling paint everywhere), the mailboxes are thick with dirt on top, trash constantly is all over for days, the bike rack has no bolts to the ground, lights/emergency signs are missing, abandoned vehicles are parked in the parking lot (specifically a yellow scooter, for two years it has not moved). The laundry room has rats and cats roam the property.

The staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Could be a nice place, but it seems that the MGT company does not want to invest in maintaining the upkeep/cleanliness of the property. The courtyards are dirty and broken glass is found on a weekly bases. The stone outside of the apt doors and the balcony need a power washing. The amount of dirt that has been allowed to accumulate on top of the mailboxes shows how little the place is cleaned. Shopping carts from neighborhood stores are regularly found around the property. Could be a much nicer place if a little money was spent to clean and then maintain everything.

Great job, explain me everything and teach me how to use the AC in a correct way. The only problem that i have was to communicate with the administration. Maybe you can give us some display with a directly phone or whatsapp to comunicatte more fast. beside of that, i like the service and proffesional work that the technician guy did.

This apartment for rent prices they go up every year it not to good for people staying longer time .I need when people staying over 3 years. They support to have discounts for people .or maybe discounts for rent to people

My experience with Ricky was Excellent. I would definitely recommend this community to others It's a nice neighborhood and has many amenities and friendly and professional staff i was very impressed with the communication and the quick approval process.

The community manager was very helpful when I was unable to fill out the registration online. Since we were unable to see the apartment in person before moving in (were living in Rhode Island prior) we were pleased with that the apartment met our expectations. There is a bit of a safety concern as frequently people wander around seemingly without purpose. Overall we are pleased though.

Quiet and close to downtown Boca Raton. Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery and pharmacy services. An affordable hidden gem right next to downtown Boca Raton. Would and have recommended this property to others.

The apartment is decent with a very nice pool and the amenities are nice. We haven't had too many issues. The main ones being we were informed a week before moving in we had to change apartments which was quite inconvenient but may have partially been due to Covid. We also found a leak in the wall that carried onto the hardwood floor just two weeks into our lease. Other than that there are mostly just minor issues such as paint chips, water stains, and lament peeling. We are excited to have moved into our first apartment and so far it is nice for our first apartment. I just hope this leak doesn't continue.

Unique surrounding, nice laid back positive feeling. Location great, shopping malls, restaurants, and gyms accessible. Traffic is terrific never to over crowded. Overall staff are very responsive when needed.

Is peaceful and close to downtown boca and the beaches. Admin staff is nice and effective. Parking is no problem comparing to other complexes that gave me a headache. Wish laundry facility were free and water too.

The crossroads at downtown Boca Raton is a great community Because of many reasons, mainly being the staff is so friendly and accommodating, Kera and Javier go above and beyond to keep everyone happy and make sure that the community is in good shape, I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live!

I have lived here over 12 years. Kera the property manager is great and does wonders to the community. I would definitely recommend it anyone looking. It's and older community but is kept up and has more things being done.

I have lived in the community for 3 years and I wouldn't want to raise my family anywhere else. It is quiet and calm and a friendly family environment. Kera the property manager is friendly and professional and makes sure that if there is a need that it is then care of promptly. I highly recommend making this your next home !!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rick Harris and Kera Washington, to be specific. They made the move in process so simple and I'm enjoying my time here already. Love the amenities on site like laundry, gym, pools.

The property just changed ownership so there are some issue that need to be taken care in the units. The leasing agent said these issues will be addressed. The overall property looks good, it is an older community.

It's been interesting to say the least. A lot of maintenance issues it seems and a lot of outdoor ruckus. But my current living situation, I am content with what it is. A lot could be worked on to meet a higher standard.

Very nice unit! Updated kitchen and tile flooring were a big draw. I also enjoy the fact that it's a smaller community. The only drawback is how close to the railroad tracks the building happens to be. Honestly, after a little while, it becomes white noise. Other than that, I'd say it's a great value.

It's a great community with awesome staff! I've been here for two years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon! It's a quiet neighborhood with a family vibe. There's a great park next door for kids or to walk your dog.

Overall, really good. The neighborhood is nice and the apartment was slightly renovated. The only thing the bothered us was the bath tub was not fully sealed and the window was cracked but the apartment manager fixed the window same day and has rectified the bath tub as well. Everyone here is really nice and management is organized. Would recommend living here to anyone

Have thoroughly enjoyed living here. Office personnel and maintenance are top notch. I would recommended to friends and family. The location is amazing. Convienent to everything needed. Walk to stores and restaurants.
