Everyone was very polite and friendly. I saw a lot of my new potential neighbors and they each were very kind. I was a little hesitant about visiting this community. My overall experience was amazing.

This community has been an amazing experience since the jump. They were awesome during the move in process and shower tons of love to me and my partner. I'm glad we chose The Crossroads at Boca Downtown to move into.

Nice and helpful manager, everything is clearly presented. Nice cozy community in a great downtown location. It feels more like a neighborhood instead of the usual big, sterile communities in the area. I wish the appliances were updated: there's a small gas stove, small fridge, no microwave and strangely, no medicine cabinet in the bathroom. But so far I like it very much.

My requests are always attended to in a professional and timley manner. A hidden gem in the heart of the everything. The maintenance staff are friendly and polite excellent service.This is an amazing community, I love living here !

Claudia and Rick are extremely professional and very personable! They will go over and beyond what you expect. They made sure my move in went smoothly and I had many obstacles and they help me overcome those. And they always follow up on any concerns or just to check on you to see if everything is okay.

Crossroads has been a great place live. The property managers and maintenance crews have always been there to assist with making my experience here even more better than the day before. Anytime I come across an issue, maintenance is there within a few hours to fix the issue and get back up and running. The property managers are always available to listen to any issues and/or suggestions I have and are always looking out to provide the best possible experience for there tenants. I would highly recommend this community which has been more like a home, than an apartment to me.

My experience was amazing. Every single question I had was answered. I was treated like an individual, not just another source of money. I immediately felt at home when I walked into the leasing office. The entire experience from start to finish was great. I felt so comfortable that I knew immediately, prior to even looking at the unit I wanted to rent, that I was going to move in. I am so grateful to have found this community!

Love Claudia and Rick. They were really amazing helping me to move. Lincold really polite and nice. Nando is amazing. It is quiet and beautiful. Really close to the downtown of Boca. All staff members are really nice and helpful. Clean property.

The management was very responsive and honest about the apartments pros and cons of living in this community. There is a train that runs behind the buildings at all times of the day and night, however it's not very disruptive. The community is safe and clean and there is a lot of shopping/restaurant options within walking distance.

Has been great and very clean. My apartment came as advertised and is even closer to everything than I thought. Management is always helpful and maintenance is fast. More than I can say about my last 2 apartments

It is a clean and friendly community and I am very glad I moved here. The apartment offers many amenities and the staff is very friendly. They addressed any issues I had immediately and helped me find places to buy furniture.

We've had a wonderful experience at the Crossroads at Downtown Boca. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We love saying hi to the staff. Absolutely an incredible location we walk to Mizner all the time and the beach too.

I just moved in and it was pretty smooth for the most part. The people at the front desk are nice and helpful when it came to moving in and if you needed anything. The one bedroom apartment is pretty nice.

Very nice close to a park and downtown boca. Dogs are allowed and no weight limit. That's hard to find. All dogs seem well behaved and you see people always walking them. Quite and people keep to themselves.

It was a great process moving in. I was attended to very well and everyone was so helpful and inviting. I was even given the opportunity to move in early, as my apartment was ready. The customer service has been wonderful and I would recommend Crossroads to anyone!

The staff helped us from start to finish and we love our new place. Claudia was an absolute delight to work with and she has been helpful through your the entire process. I would absolutely recommend crossroads to anyone and look forward to calling it home for the time being
