I enjoy the building. Location to everything is great, but noisy with railroad tracks right there. They need to improve internet service throughout the building. Too many times I have lost service in my apartment during the work day

I've lived in a lot of buildings over the years, and this new community is one of the best-run places I've ever called home. The property is kept absolutely immaculate, and the team does a fantastic job enforcing community rules in a fair, consistent way that keeps the place peaceful and enjoyable. I want to specifically recognize Karla, who is truly the best property manager I've ever dealt with?and I'm old enough to have plenty of experience. She's professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. This building is in excellent hands.

Rent is high, but it's a safe nice place to live. The maintenance staff is superb and it is very clean. The only issue is neighbours don't pick up the dog poop. And delivery people can never find my apartment for packages which is somewhat annoying.

It has been a great decision to move to Fitzgerald, we sold our condo and move to leasing and no regrets. The building is new, facilities are great and it has good location in downtown Boca. If everything goes well, we'll stay here

Lovely Community

I recently moved into The Fitzgerald, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. From day one, the entire staff has been incredibly welcoming and responsive - any questions or minor issues I've had were addressed immediately and professionally. The amenities are truly top-notch, and everything throughout the property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully cared for. The community itself is very quiet and peaceful, which makes it a wonderful place to come home to. I also want to specifically recognize Jennifer for going above and beyond for me several times already - most recently - a package of mine was initially marked as missing, and she personally took the time to locate it and deliver it to me herself. That level of care and follow-through really stood out and made me feel genuinely valued as a resident. Overall, The Fitzgerald feels like a true community - friendly neighbors, a strong sense of safety and security, and residents who respect both the facilities and one another. I'm very glad I chose to make this my new home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run, peaceful, and welcoming place to live.

Its a good community but the value for the rent you pay is just not there. Needs better control of pets and pet owners not cleaning up. Gym is small and has issues with over use by personal trainers. These problems are very obvious.

I've been living at the Fitzgerald for 2 years and I am still not ready to leave! I've lived in 4 different apartments over the state of Florida and this is by far the best experience I've had. The maintenance staff is incredible and always responds to requests quickly. The front desk staff is so kind and helpful. The property is very well maintained. The apartments themselves are beautiful. Never have a problem with mail or packages being delivered. I feel safe here. I never have an issue that wouldn't be solved within 24 hours. The location is perfect, there's not really anything negative I can say about living here.

I've been living at The Fitzgerald for about 6 months now — zero complaints! The community and the amenities are beautiful. The leasing office staff is always very nice — special shoutout to Maribel, who is always so eager to help. Every time I submit a maintenance ticket, someone is at my apartment within 20 minutes to fix whatever issue I experience.
