The community is beautiful, well maintained and in a great location with many grocery stores, shops, and the beach within walking distance. The amenities are fantastic and the building is very quiet and peaceful; I seldom see or hear my neighbors. One issue I have encountered has been the lack of guest parking availability when my friends and family come to visit, there are very limited guest parking spots on the first floor of both the north and south garage (maybe 30 guest spots total for over 400 residents) and there is no where else to park if the spots are all taken. Another issue has been the mail room, which is almost always disorganized and crowded with packages all over the place making it very difficult as times to locate your mail and/or package. There are only a few large mail boxes that are used to hold packages for residents, not nearly enough to keep up with the influx of packages being received on a daily basis for hundreds of residents.

Great places to live and very nice apartments that are spacious. Conveniently located and easy access to all stores and restaurants in East Boca. Only complaint is the common areas are not allowing gatherings to use with friends or family when still abiding by the managements rule of 2 guests per resident.

I really like it. Living here for half a year I have not had any problems, not even the smallest ones. In the office you are always greeted with a smile. They listen attentively and despite my heavy accent they try to understand you. I would like to note the cleanliness and order in all public areas.

Good overall. One of the best places I've lived. Hallways could be cleaned more frequently. People could pick up dog poops on the grass and in dog park. I know it's the residents but the property should have strict rules about picking up after dogs.

It's a great community. Maintenance people are amazing! They're professional and quick! Never had to wait too long. I'm overall very satisfied with this community, but there's one thing that keeps me on the fence about renewing my lease. This apartment is not child friendly. They're dog friendly, yes! They even have a gated dog park and a special room for washing your dog. But there's not a single amenity for the kids. Not a single one. They don't want kids running, they hate kids make noise, they just don't like to have kids in the building, and that's very disappointing?.

I enjoy my apartment. There are times when I feel maintenance is not doing their job. Hall carpets are not cleaned very often, repairs to damaged tiles are not fixed and garage is filthy. Office staff is not always knowledgeable about rules and regulations.

I really like the community the standards and the general feel of the place. I am dissapointed with noise levels and also recent access to the mail room due to technical problem. This was at significant cost financially as I had returned from work in the Caribbean to retrieve important documents and medication. I can't believe there are no mechanical ways to overcome a technical issue with the electronic lock using a standard key at if there was there was no desire to resolve the issue satisfactorily

I have enjoyed my time there so far, I have not had the time to meet many other residents. My biggest frustration is lack of Tread Mills - with the size of the community - I would think there would be more than 3. In addition, I have had multiple packages stolen because they are not put into the mail room

The worst people live here. Trash everywhere dogs piss in the elevators and owners don't clean it up. Everyone speeds through the garage it's dangerous to walk or drive through it and then management breaches our right to privacy by having the lender take pictures of the apartment without our permission. We are moving out asap.

Nice buildings but poorly designed entry for vehicles. Often time it is blocked and you cannot enter due to amazon deliveries and residents parking in the alleyway. This has to be addressed and management has not.

Only concern is the garage floor is constantly filthy where we walk to the inside of the building. It should be routinely washed. I have to ask every month. Music that is real loud is played by some resident which is an issue!!

Love pretty much everything accept the following few items: - Car Chargers: too few and some don't work; taking forever to address - Marihuana smell in the hallway practically daily - Kids screaming in the pool area disrupting work from home - mosquitos in the pool are brutal and nothing being done about it

In the few short months here, I've already experienced water coming through the flooring from a leak coming from outside my unit that required outside equipment to be brought into my apartment to dry it. Making it impossible to use my bathroom during this time due to the equipment being inside the bathtub. The AC unit had to be kept very low during mid summertime. No relief amount was taken off my rent, even though I had to pay the electricity to run the equipment and keep the air temperature low during that time. This flooding was in no way a result of my doing. I have millipedes inside my apartment with no sign of those being corrected. Pest control has been sent out weekly for the past month. I have to purchase my own pest control in addition to what they are providing. My patio is unusable due to the millipedes and mosquitoes. There's no lighting provided in some of the rooms which is absurd! There are vinyl tiles that are lifting in the kitchen that have been looked at, but not resolved to date. The walls are paper thin . The upstairs neighbors sound like elephants stomping around all hours of the day and night. People have no respect for their speaking volume in the hallways. People are irresponsible and picking up after their pets.

I have been living at The Fitzgerald for almost 6 months now and i love it here. The building and amenities are kept clean, beautiful landscaping. I love the location and how close it is to everything. The staff is amazing, especially Carla in the office. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Friendly and polite community. I am extremely happy with my decisions to move to here. My 12 year old son loves it also.

It's a new building and was really great in the beginning but the lack of upkeep is already making it look worn and older. Many common areas need touch up paint and some of the furniture around the pool is stained and has some mold. The firepit at the pool has never had gas. Nobody uses the amenities in the South building because the mosquitos are unbearable. If they don't get on top of the maintenance this building is going to look bad very fast. The best thing they did was add an infrared sauna though. It goes well with the cold plunge. People don't like the restrictive pool hours tough. It opens at 8AM and a lot of people want to use the Sauna/Cold Plunge before work. Location is awesome. The actual apartments are nice though. People keep to themselves though. Not much of a community. Was hoping for more events. Overall, it's probably one of the best buildings around and a good value.

We've loved living here. Amenities are amazing, location is great & clean environment. However, the staff in the office is not very nice. Maintenance experience could be better. Also you would never know this apartment is as gorgeous and luxurious as it is by their social media. Their content is horrible. They have the opportunity to be posting way better content. They need to hire a social media manager/content creator. We found this place walking in but if I was looking for a place to live again, social media is where i'd look first.

Your telephone system sucks if you need to get repairs or communicate with office you are better off to go office in person get it done # 2 you need to put more trash cans around especially at entrance and in garage then this place would look a lot better # 3 you need to clean garage floors so you can see parking numbers on floor # 4 you need to get barbecue grills in our ground patios areas most other in Boca complex's have areas grills to cook out,you don't allow grills on our patios so get with it this is our home
