Outstanding service
We met Maribel when searching for an alternative to lease and bingo! She made us stay and we are very happy. Over these 8 months, she{s been always very helpful even going the extra mile in every request we have made to her.

Great staff and apartment complex
Maribel is great and attentive. She helped us through every step of moving into our apartment. She's also really sweet. Can't recommend her and the apartment enough! The amenities are so nice and the apartments themselves are super nice. Maintenance comes super quick and everything is just amazing here and such an upgrade from my last spot.

Beautiful place, great amenities. Wonderful people place for pets and people of all ages. Though we have only been here for a couple of months everything has been awesome. This is the nicest place we visited.

The Fitzgerald offers many options of beautiful apartments with many amenities. I do have concerns about continued upkeep and maintenance of the areas in which all residents share. Staff does react well to requests.

This is a wonderful community in an amazing location in Boca. The staff is friendly yet will take feedback very seriously and will follow up with you afterwards to assure you the proper steps were taken. I renewed my lease! If that isn't a positive testimonial then I don't know what is!

LOVE living here! Maribel and her leasing crew are the best. I signed my lease site unseen because of how far I was moving away and it was the best decision. This community is near everything and has the best running routes.

Very nice clean place that I would certainly call home. Staff are usually on point, available and responsive. I have been here for over a year and planning to renew my lease again. Great location for schools, beaches, and grocery shopping.

I really enjoy living at this modern apartment complex! We used the amenities a ton - pool, cold plunge, sauna, business room. Our space is perfect for a young couple and close to a lot of entertainment.

It's like living at a 5 star resort, mixed with living in an upscale neighborhood. Everyone in the staff are so accommodating, and the sense of community here is great. No one is annoying or invasive either. This can be a very private experience or community based. It's all what you prefer and checks off every box!

I love it. Staff is terrific. Ammeneties are great. Everyone is really friendly and I like that I can walk everywhere. They also have fun events pool is never crowded and I like the new coffee machine.

Good relaxed environment, people are nice. The train is very annoying and my unit has ants galore.. the quality of everything is top notch. My renewal depends on the increase as I believe any increase will out price the actual value.

I did not rent at Fitzgerald, but it was really a pleasant experience to tour the premises. They took the time to show us the community and answered all of our questions. The community is one of the best (I have seen many!). Unfortunately it was not in the school district that we wanted.

Love it here! It's been great since day 1 other than the sauna always breaking. If that issues fixed then there will be 0 issues. You guys do a great job running this place. Thanks so much for everything!

I was born and raised in Boca Raton, and I never found it necessary to rent until I saw the Fitzgerald. As long as the price stays reasonable, I plan to stay because it's the safest and most clean apartment I've seen in the area

It's absolutely beautiful and stunning property with great amenities. However amenities tend to break down on a weekly basis the community is full of younger adults that don't treat it as a community and the staff is absolutely not accommodating with no middle management to look over them. And that I live the furthest from the train tracks and my floorboards Shake. You'll be told that there will be some sound here and there but it's an absolute lie. But want to call that out as it's fair and you won't hear that from the staff as you tour the community.

The amenities at this facility are excellent overall, especially the sauna and cold plunge, which really enhance the experience. However, it's disappointing that they close so early in the evening. Since the gym is accessible 24/7, it would make a lot of sense?and be much more convenient?for the sauna and cold plunge to follow the same schedule. Having them available around the clock would greatly improve the value of the membership and better support members with non-traditional schedules.

Maintenance is on top of any requested service and always gets it done the day of or the following morning. Staff is professional and very friendly. Pool area is always clean as well as the gym. Dog park is pretty big for the dogs, usually see quite a few there playing with other dogs. It is our first apartment together since marriage and it was a great place to start our life together. Highly recommend.

It's a nice new building. I appreciate the location, the upkeep, the amenities, and residential community is great. It's a great place to live and enjoy Boca. Looking forward to office staff finding additional ways to enhance the experience.

Great place to live, staff is kind and helpful, they are always pending about the communities needs and do the best effort to create and maintain a great community (e.g. organizing different events on a monthly basis to get to know each member)

My experience at The Fitzgerald has been exceptional. Alexa & her team are best in class. My apartment is spacious and bright. The amenities are outstanding and the building and grounds are well kept. Maintenance is quick to respond and very thorough. The neighbors are friendly, lots of dog lovers! I highly recommend living here!

We love our apartment home at The Fitzgerald. The office staff and maintenance could not be more polite. Always a smile and a wave wherever you are seen on the property. Our experience with you facilities people is outstanding! I don't think we have ever waited more than 24 hours, and everything has been fixed quickly, efficiently, and most importantly done right the first time.

Great experience. Accept for dog barking in main area between buildings. Also, in the pool area, a natural method of deterring bugs from the pool and cold plunge would be excellent. Bug bites by the water is horrible.
