Tomoka Pointe is a great place to live. Staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The common living areas are clean. It has been a great experience for us and our Embry Riddle student! We highly recommend Tomoka Pointe!

Price is way too high. Several places around the area with great amenities and lower your time and look around and you will find it. The rental market is adjusting everywhere in Daytona Beach except here.

I great area , the office staff is excellent always.We are here for five years and we loved. Everything is good and near to you. Good parking just renewed here. The guy from maintenance was great and excellent did excellent job

This is a great community and great staff. The location is an exceptional location for shopping, dining and recreation for an individual and/or family. There have only been two down falls that make me question staying in this location. The change from a smoke free premise and the gate never been operable.

Overall pleasant experience. However, would like to know when front gate will be closed. Did receive email indicating that tenants would receive further instructions but as of yet nothing has been sent. Just think that with gate being closed, it would prevent outsiders from easily entering property.

The community is nice. It’s quiet and safe especially for us who are working different shifts. It’s a pet friendly environment too. I love the pool and the gym. Staff are nice and friendly. Their building is new, and it’s location is just next to the outlet mall.

Great. Staff and maintenance are amazing. Every issue has been met and responded to promptly and professionally. Would recommend apartment to friends and family. Would like to see amenities area open past 6p so more residents can enjoy playing pool or watching tv in area. With working families, most are not off until 5-6 and do not get to enjoy these areas.

Overall great experience! Service requests are for the most part completed but it would be nice for them to make sure they complete the full request in one visit, not causing themselves more requests down the line. I try to limit to bother and it would be nice to make sure everything gets done in one visit. To avoid re opening of requests.

I like this community, we are close to my son’s university, and my Buddy has other friends. Other students live here so this like extension for the dorm’s university. A lot of friendly dogs as well. It is so quite.

I feel very relaxed and safe in Tomoka Pointe. The pest control is immaculate. Maintenance staff are very attentive to your concerns and quick to respond to requests. Office staff are very friendly. The overall quality of living in Tomoka Pointe is beautiful.

The Tomoka Pointe staff has always been on point and amazing. Communication, timing with completion of request and a plethora of other things, makes the choice easy to make monthly sacrifices to pay rent. Working as an employee on several rental properties has given me a clear visual of what organizational structure should look like and why Ms. Balla and her staff need raises, praises and to create a template for others in this field to follow.

Overall it's a nice complex and the apartments are spacious. The property is maintained and looks clean. Applying and moving in was easy. The overall noise isn't too bad. People party nearly every weekend, but they're reasonable about the noise and they usually quiet down around midnight. Alot of people have dogs but they're generally well behaved. There are always available parking spaces even when maintenance is done on the parking lot. The parking lot is also well lit. I do have a few issues. People speed through the parking lot very frequently. Considering how many people walk through the parking lot alone or with their dogs, this is a huge safety issue. Occasionally there is trash in the parking lot and I'm assuming it falls off the trailer when the trash valet service is going to the trash compactor. People do not pick up after their dogs so youou really have to watch where you walk in the grass. Lastly, the gates do not work and apparently haven't worked for a few years. The complex is not in a bad area, but considering what I'm paying to live there, the gates should work.

It's a great place to live we feel very safe here. It has great amenities especially the fitness center is the biggest and best one out of all the Apartments we looked at. And another great thing about living here is if I don't want to drive to the stores. I can just walk and I am there in 5 minutes or less time that's great. It's a great place to live that's for sure. And one more thing the staff and maintenance here they're the best

Love the location! However, poor building standards and inability to control infestation are a major problem. Lived in other apartments and I have never had a pest control issue that makes it impossible to have guests or even eat.

The residents are all friendly and reflect the example of the staff in making this a great place to live. The grounds are very nicely kept. I especially enjoy my balcony and love to sit and read with such a nice view of the grass, trees, and pond.

I’m new to the community, and it’s literally a dream come true for me and my fiance. Everything is clean, smells great, we are well taken care of by the staff, not to mention the apartments we live in bring quality and aesthetics. Shout out to the amazing lady at the leasing office Dahlia! She’s the best!
