Building Maintenance is a fiasco
South Tower has a broken elevator since Nomber 2025 and its March 2026 and no repairs done. The elevators smell like wet dog constantly and the hall rugs are stained with residents fur babies urine. The a/c in the building is constantly malfunctioning so the halls and the one and only elevator feels like a sauna. Residents here are careless and leave trash on the floor in the garage, broken glass, all reportred to the office with no resolution. My packages have been stolen within the MAILROOM a few times but management responds "we will do an investigation on this matter" and pushes you to contact the deliverer about your missing parcels. There are plenty of buildings in this area that are newer, with better, cleaner aesthetics and management that are effective and not a property staff thats just concerned about yoga nights and meet- up- for- bites with your neighbors events.

Wonderful world class experience living here. Management and maintenance are superb and timely. Walkable community, friendly and most importantly quiet. The building is well maintained and clean on all floors.

We have been living at EON for over three years, we really love it here and we really enjoy the community. Management is also very professional and courteous. We would recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

This is probably the best apartment I’ve been to and I’m fortunate to be living here. Cannot imagine other apartments to reside in. This is absolutely the best. Living near the beach where I can just hop on a bike and go, I’m so blessed. It is a must for everyone to reside here.

I have lived in several communities and EON is by far the BEST from every standpoint. The team is wonderful and I couldn't ask for a better maintenance team. I have lived here since the building first opened 5 years ago and I LOVE IT!

The community is amazing. The environment is clean and welcoming, the neighbors are friendly. I love spending time at the pool. There are fun spots all around the community, from barbecue grill spots to the pool table and many other activities. Very enjoyable.

Good over all, but with construction and paper thin walls, noise is an issue. I love how walkable the area is and it's closeness to restaurants and bars. Flagler Village has great upkeep and is appealing, although neighbors taking dogs out to relieve themselves causes smells outside of the buildings. I wish this was fixed because the outdoor areas are nice. The pools are great as well.

I like the neighbors, cleanliness, responsive staff, especially Megan, this is the best employee in your company, we are sure that she will achieve great heights! I also like the gym in the neighboring tower and the workplaces where I can work quietly. Among other things, I also like coffee machines for villagers, I think it's a great idea !!!

This place is a gem! Situated right between the beach and Las Olas and beautiful Flagler Village, EON is the place to be! Clean, safe, and a helpful staff that really cares! Not to mention there is a great diverse mix of people in the community. There is always something to attend, or a quiet nook to relax & read a book. For me, this is truly been the best of both worlds!

The building is nice, I just think that the garage should be cleaner and the double car spots obstruct the driving lanes. We could use the hallways to be cleaned more frequently and that’s a problem with the tenants not the building!

Eon is a beautiful community located in the incredibly vibrant neighborhood of Flagler Village. I find myself walking to every destination, whether it be cafes, bars, groceries or the gym. There are plenty of amenities inside the building as well such as two quality gym, a spin room and two large pools. Living inside the building is like living in a hotel. Management however could improve in their responsiveness. Emails and phone calls are often not returned.

Simply, a wonderful place to live in the heart of vibrant Fort Lauderdale. Staff is very helpful and professional. Amenities are lovely. I am one of the original residents and intend to reside here going forward.

I like my apartment with exception of ongoing water issues that can't get resolved. The area is great with exception of pet urine and feces everywhere. There must be designated areas for this. I love all the activities that are coordinated even though I haven't took advantage of many. The garage door has been broke since I moved in. There is a water flood on the bottom of the stairway that just sits there. The building needs TLC. I would also recommend that the cleaning people use non toxic supplies. Many people are interested in healthy living these days and this complex neglects in many areas.

I’ve been very happy, living at EON, find it to be very clean inside the building, the elevators are kept clean in the front lobby floors always very clean and smells nice. Only thing to mention is maybe a lack of security, and when security is there doesn’t really feel Like they are there. We have a key entry so safe enough. When I sent an email, it would be nice if someone would at least acknowledge that it was received. I don’t believe that I’ve ever had a response from my emails only if it had something to do with my lease renewal. Otherwise, I feel ignored.

Unsettling Activities on the 12th Floor of this property!
I recently moved into this apartment building with high hopes for a comfortable and secure living environment. Unfortunately, my experience has taken an unexpected turn, and I feel it is my duty to alert others to the unsavory, illicit, and illegal activities occurring within the premises. From the moment I arrived, I noticed a concerning pattern of sketchy visitors and individuals who bear the characteristics of meth addicts. Their frequent presence has instilled a sense of unease and raised questions about the safety and well-being of residents. My unit is on the same floor as this one specific tenant, and I often pass this tenant's visitors coming and going with a magnitude of visitors during late night/predawn hours. Surely, security must not only have the frequent, interesting activity recorded on CCTV for the 12th Floor but they also should have a time/date log of which units' visitors allowed entry for their guests. I believe the late night, and multiple early morning visitations would raise strong concerns with this neighbor's activities on an almost daily frequency. For example, while passing this person's visitors they mentioned that our VERY AWAKE neighbor, allegedly has 27 years sober. Then one of them snickered and snakily replied those 27 years really wasn't the case. They were laughing as they said he actually is an iv drug user who is on a very long relapse these days. Then the other laughed as they said that "they were supplying the party for their client and the other escorts as well." I personally do not mind paying the rental rates that I do because I thought this building's security was on point. However, I am feeling less secure here daily My review serves as a warning to potential tenants and a call for action within our community. It is disheartening to witness such alarming behavior firsthand. These individuals, with their erratic behavior, constant comings and goings, and suspicious interactions, create an atmosphere of uneasiness and concern. As a responsible member of this community, I believe it is crucial to address these issues promptly and ensure the safety of all residents. I want to emphasize the importance of taking these matters seriously. The well-being of ourselves, our families, and our neighbors is at stake. By working together and shedding light on these issues, we can drive out the unsavory elements that threaten our peace of mind. In conclusion, I urge all individuals considering this apartment building or those currently residing here to be cautious and vigilant. While I believe in the potential for positive change, it is crucial to address the unsettling activities occurring within our community especially on the twelfth floor. By doing so, we can foster a safer living environment for all residents.

Eon squared is a great location and has the best amenities in all of Flagler Village! The apartments are beautiful, the staff is top notch, and all of the neighbors have been nothing but friendly. My pets and I love living here!

Too many irresponsible and lazy tenants in this building. Garage gate has been broken several times, people allow their dogs to urinate on the elevator and the lobby. Tenants leave their open boxes by garbage chutes and all over the mailroom instead of walking their trash to the back dumpster.

This is a very chill community to reside in within Fort Lauderdale. Surrounding area is pretty decent. Rent could be a little cheaper but of course it is what it is. Groundskeeper and some of the Maintenance staff are super nice and chill.
