Staff is nice and friendly but sometimes confused with questions or policies. Messed up my initial contract but settled after a few months. The location is amazing and very walkable, the building is very nice and kept clean.

Love living in this location and apartment building. My only complaint is that rent is high but that is everywhere. Staff very pleasant and helpful. This is my second lease and very happy with my living situation thus far.

The property is falling apart and management in my opinion cannot keep up with the needs in the south building. They don’t keep up with their responsibilities and obligations as a management company. Lots of unfinished issues and disorganization.

Todd made the experience so easy. Everything was done quick and efficiently as possible as I was in a time crunch for moving. Eon is amazing and access to both building amenities is such a convenience.

Have lived here several years and very happy to be living here. Friendly staff and management. Attentive to residents needs. Close to restaurants, entertainment, cultural events, nightlife- can walk to grocery store and to local restaurants & bars.

Eon is a great community. Its the perfect balance of different age groups, some families, and the neighbors mostly always smile and say hi. The corridors are clean, parking is in a gated garage, and there is free coffee in the lobby.

Most importantly I am so tired of the risk that the entire Eon team puts me in. The maintenance team came in with no masks. My mom has stage 4 cancer- to be clear thats a compromised immune system her doctors have made it clear she cannot get covid. . I am immuno compromised. I am fully vaccinated I do my part your team does not. Not only did we put a request online. No one came. Then had to go downstairs for someone to come then waited then they come with no masks and would not put one on. This situation we are in is awful. A member of the leasing team didnt even wear a mask when there was a mandate last year. This is a tough situation and I wish there could be more professionalism and consideration. not to mention being yelled at by a staff member when I was simply asking when would Eon be cleaned and up to the same standard as Eon squared as promised. While wearing no mask she got in my face and made me very uncomfortable. Im just exhausted and want to live in the place that was perceived to us when we first moved in

My experience at eon Squared is fantastic. Other than the complaints I had above about moving in , it has been nothing but joy. If only they had multiple carts to put your things on when moving in, my experience would have been even better! Other than that no complaints at all!

I feel i need to write about my experience at Eon the past 2 months. On June 2nd there was a fire in the apartment 2 floors above me causing flooding several floors down. We had water coming through our light fixtures, ceilings, and even water gushing out of our electrical panel. Obviously situations like this happen, but my horrible experience is with how the property manager Lexi handled and treated us throughout this incident. From the night of the accident for an entire week we had 7 giant fans and 2 industrial sized dehumidifiers throughout our apartment to try and dry the soaked drywalls. Both bathrooms were inaccessible and the fans were incredibly loud it was impossible to sleep, let alone live there. I work from home and my roommate wakes up daily at 5am for work. After the week the fans were taken out finally and we were told repairs would begin immediately. Our ceilings were all grossly stained, our electrical panel hadn’t been checked out even though there was water gushing from it (huge safety hazard), our hallways were all ripped open and all the baseboards around the walls were also ripped off. For several weeks we were led on saying repairs would be made shortly. We had these giant fans eating our own electricity and we had our apartment in horrible living conditions so we asked Lexi for assistance with some type of credit for the big electricity spike we had due to the fans and the conditions we were forced to endure. Yet absolutely no assistance, empathy, or resolutions from Lexi. All that was done was give us the runaround and compare our situation to irrelevant stories she had to tell. Eon promotes “luxury living” yet for a month and a half we had absolutely nothing near that. We tried speaking to the regional manager and got the runaround for another 2 weeks before we essentially got the same answer from her. Absolutely no compassion or understanding from Eon Management. If you are looking for an apartment where the property manager could not care less about the conditions your living in, this is the perfect place for you. (I would like to note Rosa is the only helpful and nice person in management here). After several weeks of promising repairs would be made soon we finally got someone July 6th to come begin repairs. They said repairs would only take half a day/full day max. The repairs ended up barely being completed 2 weeks later on the 21st of July. The worst part is we waiting a month and half for this yet all they did was slap some paint on the stains and reattach the same baseboards that were there previously. This situation and how it was handled by Lexi put an extremely sour taste in my experience with Eon. Absolutely no assistance from her despite what we had to go through. Just wanted to share my experience for anyone considering this place

Great design and onsite amenities in the heart of the Flagler Village, a very walkable location close to the Mass District and Fat Village. The surrounding area is full of new restaurants and entertainment venues, the location is great !

The front landscaping is Not appropriate for this type of building, there are many dead bushes and to the west of the entrance lots of weeds and overgrowth, the exterior sense of arrival is not good. The lobby is fantastic the pool is great, even though its not heated enough the design is great throughout the building. Obviously the budget has been trimmed on the landscaping and window washing, but thats a common theme in these buildings, its too bad Greystar thinks no one notices, our visitors do. If you wanted to be really proactive into the garage as if you lived here park your car and walk to the nearest elevator, and see what that experience is like, it doesnt match the rest of the building

I travel a lot and am usually never home but I truly enjoy coming home to a community culture that I feel matched my own, this is such a beautiful community in a prime location. I think the management of the building do a horrible job at communicating with tenants to resolve ongoing issues.

Worst dump I've ever lived in out of dozens of apartments. Nothing luxury about it. Walls paper thin. Rude neighbors. Dog ---- all over the grounds. Poor quality construction. Open shower that leaks. Weed in the halls. Barking dogs screaming children.

Management is less than adequate. Communication is poor, and there has been no rent relief or anything extra provided given the amenities were closed for 4 months. When there are issues, it takes a while for the leasing team to respond and there are constantly people smoking in the building.

Staff have been excellent. Greystar has been slow to get things going again after the initial shutdown from the pandemic. That is starting to change and hope it keeps getting better. I did renew for another term and hope the garage gates get fixed and the coffee machine gets back up and running!

This is a nice and modern community with a lot of potential. The main problem with Eon is the gym and pool being open only during the worst possible hours. This is a problem with greystar in general, covid doesn't magically disappear after 6 pm ( which is when most people go to the gym). You need to let people make their own informed decisions.

Worst complex I've ever lived in. Cardboard walls; noisy rude classless trash neighbors (I've called security probably a dozen+ times) they are desperate for tenants; no garage security (multiple break-ins); everything in unit is cheap, grout coming out of the tiles, leaks in the shower and all over garage. Washer dryer are garbage barely clean the clothes. Half a shower door leaks water all over the bathroom; too cheap to install a door. Now they're building something in front of my windows there goes the view... this place isn't worth $1600 much less $2300 I'm paying. Disgraceful

The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the contractors who built the complex did it very cheaply and overcharge for what you get. Had multiple maintenance issues that shouldnt have been an issue had they done it right the first time.
