Easy breezy and polite
While looking for a new home I highly consider how the office staff operates.. My chat with Rhonda made me believe while living here it would be an all around pleasant experience. Being a new building is a plus!

Above & Beyond!
I toured an apartment today and had an amazing experience thanks to Gerhonda. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. Her positive attitude and genuine care really stood out. Truly appreciate the great service!

Great experience. Love the location. The maintenance staff is great as well as the office staff. 10/10 Only thing i wish was more storage space inside the apartment. But overall love it here. Quiet even though it's by the interstate.

Safe and nice place to live.
The place count with a park with slides for your child. As well have a pool for your family. It have a tennis court and gym with all the equipment that you need. The staff is nicest people.. Santana help me with the issues we had. Is a nice place to live. Safe for the children and families.

It's great at the moment hopefully it remains the same year by year. Quite and clean place to live by yourself or with families. Loving my time here at the moment and as I said before I hope they keep it up.

When I first moved to Jacksonville, I was living in a shared living place for a couple months then I was like it's time for me to branch out and I'm home and Madison. I'm supposed the first apartment I came to and I love everything about it.

It is a nice apartment. I have not had any major problems with appliances and my neighbors. The only inconvenience that occurred was the fridge leaking a time or two but maintenance took care of it fairly quickly.

Really quiet and peaceful environment the grounds are kept very clean maintenance Does a wonderful job with keeping things pressure washed and if needed appliances repaired very fast and quick repairs

Very quiet community. Have had no issues with neighbors or property upkeep. Pool and gym are always accessible and clean. I feel safe living alone here and not constantly looking over my shoulder like I have in previous complexes in the area.

Madison Palms is a pretty great complex. It's quiet, nice, the apartments are spacious, and amenities are nice ! I definitely would recommend this community for anyone that is looking to move into a nice, affordable complex.

I really enjoy living here overall. The community feels welcoming, the neighbors are friendly, and I love the pool and the location. It's very convenient. The apartments look nice and modern, but the construction quality could be better. The walls are thin so you can hear hallway noise, and if you scrub too hard the paint can peel. My patio door also has a small gap that sometimes lets in ants or bugs. Overall, it's a good place to live with a lot of positives, just a few areas where quality could improve.

Considering that this is a new apartment complex, everything is nice clean well put together. I would definitely recommend my friends to live here. I also invited to family members to apply and they now live here as well. Keep up the great work it's a pleasure.

You could screen your applicants more thoroughly. You want the most considerate residents in Madison Palm. The maintenance staff should be knowledgeable to fix any major or minor issues within the unit.

Great place to live!
Not only are these apartments beautiful! The staff is amazing! Being new to Jacksonville, I am so happy to be able to call this place home! We are close to everything here, I highly recommend them!!!!

Overall, I really do like this part complex. It is pretty quiet and safe. The only problem is this place is absolutely infested with ants! I understand these are new apartments but the Aunt problem is out of control.

It's a nice quiet environment, friendly people the property is kept up real nice and clean the pool areas always clean so far I don't see any problems the office staff is reliable and nice efficient help get the job done quicker. No complaints about the property or where I live at right now that's all I have to say submit please

This is a nice community. I love the area as it's conveniently located near business and shopping areas. The apartment offer new updated living spaces fit for individual or family living needs. The amenities offered are great as well.

It's not worth it. I was hoping for better. I'm not happy. The walls are paper thin. They were built backwards. Very little space for the price. The parking is terrible. There's nothing luxury about Madison palms. Some of the neighbors have no respect for others

Both the office staff and maintenance staff are extremely kind and helpful. They are always willing to help answer any questions and concerns you have. The community it's self is always clean and the neighbors are very friendly and respectful

I love this community. It is very homey. Beautiful views, super tidy grounds and beautiful updated interior. The best part is the staff and how they will go out of their way to help with anything. The women in the leasing office are amazing and make this an even better place to live.
