I enjoyed the tour of the community. It was quiet and clean. It was easy to navigate through the entire complex by car and on foot. The amenities that were available all met my specific needs. And the mailboxes seemed to me located in a covered area so if the weather wasn't the greatest, there is cover provided.

Every apartment may deal with noisy neighbors. Neighbors have no consideration or the property walls are so thin you can hear everything. Neighbors are always throwing trash on the property and between apartments.

I am very happy living in the Madison Palms community from the staff who work in the administration receives excellent treatment, the apartments are beautiful, spacious, modern of excellent quality. I'm very happy to live here.

Great apartments

Fasheion was so sweet to help me out finding a beautiful apartment! She’s very nice and funny, showed me around two units and the apartments are new construction and looks beautiful and quiet! They had a lot of amenities! A beautiful pool, playground, fitness center and kitchen and lake view is beautiful and very quiet area

This community is amazing! New built and the space is so clean and fresh and giving a luxury feel with the mobile island installed. I love it. I needed to get away from my other apartment and they moved fast to get me in. The staff is friendly and I enjoyed working with Brittani.

The leasing agent was very helpful in showing me the property. She answered my questions. The office was very nice. The community area was very nice and cleaned. I think that the first floor apartment outside sitting area should be closed in somewhat.

So far my family likes it here, clean and new, neighbors have been decent, wish the playground was a little bigger, but it's all good. Management has been very nice, have had no problems. Wish we could have things out in the walkways, by our door if it's decent, I can understand not wanting clutter though. The fire alarms definitely work. Haven't had a chance to enjoy the pool yet. Overall, like it here so far.

I used to live around this place a long time ago and I used to play basketball a lot around this area areas of the area that I'm going to is pretty good and I really hope I'm able to get this apartment because It's in a great space for me next to my job next to everything I like to eat, etc., and I really hope I'm able to live in this place

This community is brand new, and I knew I wanted to be one of the first tenants. The process form application to getting my keys handed to me was smooth. The entire office staff had been helpful as can be! I'm excited to see what the year holds for this complex.

The move in process was a little lengthy but after I got approved it was smooth. The staff was so welcoming and as long as you come and speak to them in person all your questions can get answered. Now that I am in I love my apartment . Cheers to new beginnings right !

This community is beautiful. I am hoping to get approved and be a tenant. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I have yet to be moved in as I only applied a few days ago as of (02/09/25). I am really hoping to be accepted and move into this beautiful complex and start my life as an Independent again.

Pretty straight so far. Was hesitant about moving in the back but so far so good . Neighbors are nice and friendly they speak. It's pretty quiet so as of right now i have no complaints . If i do i will speak up
