Living in this apartment community has been a comfortable experience overall. The leasing staff is friendly and helpful, which made the leasing process straightforward since the very beginning. Maintenance has also been prompt and responsive whenever I've had an issue. The recent renovations have been effective and bring a more modern look to the property. That said, I do wish they had updated the access control for the units and the intercom system. I understand these are more costly upgrades, but they would enhance convenience for the residents.

The apartment is spacious and has very good air conditioning. The maintenance staff is excellent. They are prompt, knowledgeable and pleasant. The grounds around the lake and roads are well maintained.

Our experience with the front office has been pleasant. However, the price of rent for a renovated unit is extremely expensive considering the bathrooms are not renovated and there is carpet in the bedrooms.

The apartement itself is beautiful and worth the money. It is lower than competing complexes. Granite counter tops, hardwood floors and tons of storage space. Personally I wish the complex did more to bring the community together. And was more attentive on how the exterior looks. For examples trees hanging too low in walkways or keeping the corridors clean not so dusty and buggy. There are a lot of cobwebs

I enjoy the community a lot. We love going to the events. Maintenance is normally good. I wish the girls in the office were a bit nicer to speak to about issues. When talking to some of them it seems like they don't care about issues.

A Warm Welcome Back to North Beach

A few years ago, I had the pleasure of living in North Beach, and I absolutely loved it. I recently decided to move back because I missed the warmth of its atmosphere, the excellent service, the wonderful facilities, and the incredibly friendly staff. It feels great to be back in such a welcoming and vibrant community.

The experience has been a pleasant one. The only issue my roommate and I have regularly encountered is pest control. I prefer to keep a clean home and the huge cockroaches finding their way into our home every night is overwhelming. Besides minor issues, that are fixed right away, it has been wonderful.

We've been searching for a good place to live for a while and choose North Beach at Kernan and never regretted since we moved in. These are very clean and well maintained apartments, the maintenance team is fast responding and doing their work great as well as the office staff. We're planning to stay here for another year. This is the best place for our family for now.

A perfect place to raise a family

If you are looking for a family-oriented and pet-friendly place to live, North Beach on Kernan is perfect. We moved here about a year ago and it just really feels like home. The staff is great. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Neighbors have been wonderful. I really have no complaints. We just renewed our lease and are looking forward to another year here.

Future renter !!

Very polite and informative. Definitely made me feel comfortable with putting in my application and hopefully renting from them. I must say I'm very impressed. These girls definitely have a passion for what they do and you can tell that they love their job and the services they provide.

Love living here. Everything is good. The maintenance knows us and is amazing! Pretty peaceful community. The only complaint I would, have and I know its hard to control, is the amount of people that dont put their trash in the compactor. I think they should be fined because there is a camera.

Great Maintenance Personnel. Front Desk Staff Always Friendly. Perfect location near everything. Would like to have a security officer do rounds at night. Sketchy people walking around at night and doesn't help when the gate is broke. Would like to see an updated gym. Some new equipment would be nice. Price for living on the third floor a bit expensive. More road signs specifically stop signs and speed signs would help. Some residents drive very fast and aggressively within.

This has been a good community to live in. We haven't had any major issues with our unit, the neighbors, or staff. The only real issue is that the parking light near our building has been out for awhile which makes it not so safe to go out to the car early in the morning or at night.

My husband and I have enjoyed living here very much. The place is always kept neat and clean which is important to us. The staff is always very nice and helpful, especially Kelly. She always makes herself available when necessary. The maintenance staff is always pleasant and efficient. A few months ago I had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance and was in the hospital for a week. The office checked on me (calling my husband to find out how I was doing) and checking on me when I got home. They really went out of their way to accomadate.

Although they rated themselves and price themselves as "luxury apartments", they are in fact over 10 years old and show their age. Unless you're lucky enough to rent a newly refurbished apartment, you will have appliances, etc. from 10 years ago. Otherwise, the community is well maintained.

It's a safe environment. The units are nice, some are being remodeled and the maintenance team is awesome. Pool area is nice and well maintained. The new gazebo area is so nice but is the designated smoking area so I rarely use it.
