Just renewed our lease. Enjoy using all the amenities The Lucent has: lazy river and pools, jacuzzi, 24/7 concierge, security at night, free barista, sauna, three gyms and private workout rooms, three pet parks, and free printing in the business center. Very safe community and friendly staff and neighbors. Would recommend to anyone!

I enjoy this community. Nearly sound proof apartments. No breed restrictions. Convenient location. Nice amenities. Parking can be sometimes difficult. I feel like I pay too much a month In rent to be having to park and walk across the street to my building when I get home from work. But overall a nice, quiet, well maintained community.

Have only been here a short time but so far its been enjoyable. Very clean unit and amenities. This complex offers more than most other communities ive seen. The only complaint would be the lack of parking spaces. Trying to park at night or early mornings can be difficult finding a spot, sometimes have to park across the street by the main office.

All of the staff at the Lucent Sunrise are personable and care about you! The maintenance Department are the best. When the air conditioning went out, they were here in minutes to fix the issue and explained the problem! I enjoy living at the Lucent!

If you want resort style living.. this is the place to be. It's a little pricey but well worth it! Come visit and take a tour.. you won't be disappointed. They also have monthly events and is very pet friendly.

Absolutely Love this place No complaints everything is always clean and ready for use staff are responsive and friendly A Lot of dogs live here with their people and it's fun to watch them in the dog park Super close to Petco and Publix first watch and millers don't even need to drive which is good because there is Alot of traffic Still a 5 star spot

Very clean and good place to live. Feels nice to walk freely at night with not much worry of being outside. Staff is friendly and maintain e crew is amazing at what they do. Overall area is nice for the price if you use all amenities.

Quiet community close to essentials, amazing gym and pools. Love the outdoor fire pits and seating areas. It's great they do so many activities, I'm just always working and can never attend. The food trucks are a great touch as I can sometimes partake in that!

Not great. Hot tubs always broken, pool never heated, etc. We chose this apartment for the amenities and after almost 2 years of living there, we have not even had one week where all promised amenities were available.

The staff is amazing! The amenities are super when they are working. The hot tub has been down for quite a while and we keep hearing the same. We're waiting for a part from a third-party vendor. The concierge's are extremely helpful as is the staff.

I love living here. It's a lovely place to live. We enjoy all the activities, the location and the people. We appreciate the elevators, pools, coffee, movies, and the concierge. We don't plan on moving out.

We decided to rent from here due to the amenities and size of apartment. The rates are competitive and the staff is very kind. We haven't fully moved in yet and have only been here since the 1st of the month. Also surveyed like this where you are required to fill out everything when you just wanted to acknowledge the hard work of the maintenance team, is unnecessary and will probably get less responses. Maybe consider making some of these boxes optional.

The Lucent is beautiful and the apartments are amazing. The amenities are a dream. But the moment tou start having issues the office isn't helpful and they are very condescending and gaslighting. The neighbors are dirty and inconsiderate leaving trash in places they are not supposed to and allowing their dogs to pee and poop in the hallway and emergency stairwells. They also don't pick up after their pets including outdoors.

The privacy here is the biggest reason we have resigned a lease for another year. The units are also updated and very spacious. Our visitors always comment about how nice our facilites are compared to theirs. The only negative is how often the hot tub is down which is a big reason we selected this community over similar neighboring ones.
