The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are varied! The concierge has been my favorite part so far, there is always a human available to speak with you. Ultimately, I made the choice for this apartment complex because the community was running a promotion of either $1500 gift card or 2 months free. I'm happy that I did.

Great property in a great location. The staff is super efficient and friendly, I'm glad to call it home!! Out of all the places we looked at, The Lucent has the best amenities including a lazy river! Luxury living in resort style!

Great community to live in. Clean. Great amenities has a mini store to get any emergency supplies if needed over night and snacks to purchase. Staff always helpful and courteous. Convenient area to live and very quiet area

I rarely leave reviews on businesses, however, I would wish someone told me about this prior to moving in. Do not rent here!! They have issues with their ventilation and AC system in all of their apartments. It happened with our first apartment and they moved us to a completely different building and it happened again. Mold growth on our personal belongings and mold spores found in the air. Many other tenants have the same mold issues. There is no proper ventilation in the bathroom and master closet area and because of this mold spore starts to spread throughout the air. My son and I have gotten sick. One of our neighbors told us that they were hospitalized due to mold. We tried to work it out with the management the first time, however, after moving us to another unit we are experiencing the same mold issues after we specifically asked them to confirm if this unit had mold issues and they told us no. We haven’t even been here for a year and this has been the most stressful few months, moving twice, having to pay out of pocket to move, getting sick and the front office and management acting like they don’t care. The health of myself and my family is a top priority and I dont feel like no family should have to go through what we’re going through. We wanted to move into this apartment complex because of the amazing amenities but it has been such a nightmare. They are putting people into these apartments knowing the mold issues are present. This is completely negligent and dangerous. This matter is very serious! At this point we are paying top dollar rent to stay in a molded apartment. Absolutely not! Currently taking legal action to break my lease so our family can live in a mold free apartment. Save yourself the trouble and do not rent here!!!!!

Not resort living

I’ve lived here for 6 months and it’s not the high end, luxury, resort style living it’s sold to be. The promises on the website of 24 hour security and 24 hour concierge never came. Mini mart, massages, and coffee bar never came. Coffee bar comes here once a month maybe and I think more for a photo opp online to say they’re keeping up with their promises. Theres been break ins at the pool. This place is just… not what you pay for at all. I’ve been at slightly cheaper properties in better areas that felt far more luxury and treated you that way.

AMAZING. 5 Stars!!!

I moved into Lucent at Sunrise just a few weeks ago and I can tell you that I absolutely love it. Everyone has been excellent to work with, as well as welcoming and friendly. Stephen was my leasing agent and, from the beginning, has been especially patient and helpful. The community is safe, clean and offers a multitude of activities and amenities. I especially cannot wait to jump in the lazy river! All in all, this is a great new home for me as I am new to the Orlando area all together. I recommend taking a tour to see it for yourself. You will NOT be disappointed.
