Beautiful amenities at the property and neighbors are all polite, friendly, and welcoming. Great location with walking capabilities to grocery store and pet store. Unit itself is clean and nice with great appliances. The rent however is very high for most people's wages, and unless you get a studio, all bedrooms have carpet. Getting packages can also be a pain since concierge is sometimes not there when they're supposed to be or they tell you they cannot find your package and it may have been sent back only to magically find it days or weeks later. Package lockers definitely needed. Overall a great property, if expensive.

The Lucent at Sunrise is a great community to live in! I'm on my 3rd year living here and the amenities are like none other. This is the closest I've felt to living in an actual neighborhood and the first apartment complex where I know my neighbors and people actually say hi.

Very nice well organized community. There are a lot of amenities. Be aware that if you're semi or non ambulatory handicapped you really don't have access to some things like the hot tub and the main pools. You have access to the lazy river as long as you have a water wheelchair. The buildings are very well-maintained. The grounds are immaculate. The staff is very nice. The units are very well appointed - the location is very convenient. Very nice community

I have lived in this apartment complex for a year and a half. The apartment complex is wonderful and always kept clean. I feel safe with the security team and security cameras around. There is little to no disruptions or noise. The only issues I have encountered have been resolved quickly and the office always communicates and seems to have our best interest in mind.

My roommates and I have lived in our apartment since the building opened. It has been an absolute dream of a time living here. The lazy river is the best for unwinding after long day at work. Coffee in the morning is amazing from take a shot. The leasing staff? man I love them so much always so sweet every time we walk in. Our maintenance staff is absolutely amazing. Let's not forget the amazing dog parks for all the pups to play in, and the amazing spas to give them a bath after they get dirty.

The experience at the Lucent is by far the best I've ever encountered in one living quarters. The quality of the property. The absolute best amenities and just overall community and staff's is incredible.

Great staff but the apartment has a major bug problem. They've treated my unit and been very helpful but the ongoing pest issues have been a nightmare. From roaches crawling on me in the night to coming home to dozens of dead bugs all over the floor after a week away, the pest issues have not stopped

The apartment is absolutely beautiful! We love the hight ceilings, the amount of storage in the kitchen, the shower in the main bathroom feels like a spa! But the amenities at the community are unreal! It feels like living at a nice resort!

The Lucent at Sunrise is a great community so far. The amenities are high end with lots of activities for the residents. The location is a safe area and the presence of a concierge makes residents feel safe. Although it hasn't been very long, I am excited for the experience that I have had so far living at the Lucent at Sunrise.

This community has been a great experience overall. The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to maintenance requests. The amenities are well-kept and very convenient, from the fitness center to the pool and community spaces. I also appreciate how clean and safe the property feels, with landscaping that is always well maintained. The location is ideal and close to shopping, dining, and major highways, which makes daily life much easier. Parking is generally easy to find, and neighbors have been respectful and welcoming. I've truly enjoy the sense of community here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and modern place to live

Nice I guess I really don't know what else you'd like me to say but since your bragging for it here it is this apartment is nice but expensive the location is not ideal as there are tons or visitors to this area and not wealthy tourist this side of town attracts broke get to people so for me being a single woman I don't always feel safe. I am not looking to move because it is close enough to where I need to be when I need to be there and I travel quite often but no this place isn't the greatest but it's not the worst either.

I just moved in 5 days ago and everyone has been helpful with my moving in and helping me to feel welcome . The residents I have met in the few days I have been here have been very friendly. My apartment is in walking distance of stores and restaurants.

I have enjoyed living at The Lucent. I have acess to shopping, 3hich makes it easier for me since I just relocated from another state. I feel safe. The amenities are great. The staff is professional and helpful.

Need friendlier concierge service. Resident avoid coming to front desk due to rude attitude by concierge. Most have change their pick location from Amazon to avoid having to deal with concierge. Please hire new concierge.

Very clean apartments and nice area - very quiet at night with no problems. The amenities are impressive and definitely the star of the show but overall everyone here is friendly and its a nice place to live.

Northwood Ravin never fails on creating a beautiful community. I keep signing my lease because of the office and maintenance staff. The property is beautiful with many amenities, but the people here are even better.

Love the staff and this is at a great location. Just need to work on trash outside and dog poop. I know there are current fines in place for residents not picking up after their animal but they need to be reinforced. It's not working

So far I love the apartment complex. It has many amenities that other apartments close by do not have and I feel pretty safe living here. Every time I've needed something from the leasing office they have been very responsive.

I am happy with the move in process and the service the community provides. The location couldn't/t be more convenient! And the residents have been so friendly. The activities that are offered is constant and I am glad this is the place I call home.
