Office staff is very friendly as well as maintenance. Any issues they address quickly and in a timely manner. I feel safe in this community. I love that we have a pool that we use often. They really do care about their tenants. Great place to live!

I love living here. The best management and maintenance staff. The community is well kept and safe. The manager and assistant manager have done a amazing job with the residents, atmosphere of the community and encourages the tenants by holding get together. They have made this my permanent residence. God bless and happy new year.

So far so good , only issue is the roaches from the previous tenant.. So that was kind of a downer but overall i bless to be able to have a roof over my kids heads super excited to be apart of the community.

I love the community where I live at . I feel safe and comfortable in my home and my children love it. Office and maintenance staff are so very friendly and welcoming!! Would most definitely recommend to others

The atmosphere is excellent, we feel comfortable in the condominium and everyone is friendly. It is a quiet neighborhood, the maintenance people are friendly and the treatment from the office is magnificent. It feels very comfortable to live here since it is close to the city and everything is nearby

I Love it here, it's a beautiful community. The office staff are wonderful. The maintenance are great when you need them. The grounds mentioned work hard to keep the place beautiful. Everything is close by.

Excellent place to live. They keep all areas clean. Is a family place ans beautiful too. I recommend it to everyone.The maintenance staff work hard to get the job done. The office staff es excellent sweet and friendly.

Very nice community and the staff's here are amazing. Very nice apartment complex I'm telling you that you will love it here. Very one here are very outspoken and they help the best way they can.. Give it a try I'm sure you will love it ????

I have been living here for a year now and I look forward to renewing my lease for years ! Very nice and great community to be a part of. Office staff is great and maintenance staff is awesome! I love it here

So far it has been a great experience. With Kyria and the rest of the staff. The apartment was very clean when we got the keys and everything has been working fine. The street is quiet and the neighbors are sweet!

The office staff is fantastic and very friendly. I love that it's close to my job! The Community is entirely pleasant. My apartment was very NICE and clean. Everything was in working order, love the counter tops and bathroom fixers! Thank you!

The Environment Has Gotten Better Since Ive Moved In. However The Management Might Need A Few Adjustments. some Days They Are Friendly & Some Days They Are Rude. They Also Don't Like Children Playing On Common Areas But They Park Provided Has A Gap In The Fence Where It Is Questionable On Who Can Just Walk On The Premises & Take A Child & Drive Off. Really Need Something Closed In Or Closer To Every Street For Children To Play On

I've always had a great friendly experience with all of the staff. They've helped me out as a single mother and are always prompt to assist me if any problems arise. The amenities aren't exactly as advertised but that's not exactly a deal breaker for me.

The service is good; the maintenance, excellent; and the price is affordable. The community is clean, and the renewing now is online. The only thing I don't like, is that we must fill a full application every year as the first time, which I thing that it's a wasting time, and unnecessary if nothing has change. That should be automatically applied with a simple sign for a new lease, without the need to add all the documentation already on file.
