The apartment themselves are decent, the bedrooms are pretty spacious, management /office staff is polite. My only complaint is some of the members of the community- I highly encourage the use of a security system and keeping your vehicles locked up.

The apartments need to be updated. The electrical wiring is not current and there are often times when the breaker automatically shuts off power to certain areas because it's overloaded. Rent increases cannot be prepared for because the rent is raised whenever they feel like it needs to be raised. $790 is not a lot of money for four bedroom two bath. But this particular place here at Mira Verde is not worth the $790. I'm actually used to paying double that amount which is completely fine with me because that buys me privacy, land, a pool, garage, and the place where I don't have to worry about cats jumping on my vehicle or dogs pooping on my lawn where my kids play.

I have no complaints or concerns at this moment. Everything has been wonderful.I enjoy living here . Everything is up to date and everything stays clean and quiet. As far as my apartment I love it and it's cost sufficient for a single mother or family.

I love it I have great neighbors everyone looks out for one another. They traffic isn't bad. We don't really have crime. It's safe I would let my kid be outside with my window open. My packages don't get taken when ups leave my package at the door.

It is cockroach infested. I haven't met one person in here who doesn't have them really bad. Most days trash is scattered every where. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. The only good thing about it is that it is lower prices than other places in town.

The staff is wonderful and they are very timely in getting things done. Maintenance was very quick and he knew how to fix the problem. Community is kept up well and pest control is done monthly to ensure a safe place to live.

I just moved into my apartment and I love the space. We are in a 3 bed room and 2 bathroom! I love that this apartment was able to get a whole new kitchen before I moved in. The only thing I would have to say is I wished the floors looked better. I'm very particular about how my house looks and the floors are very badly damaged and they weren't waxed with any of a shine what's so ever. So far the community is very clean and neighbors are nice and everyone seems very nice!! The office workers are very nice and very helpful! I'm enjoying being here!! Thank you!

Mira Verde is a Quiet affordable community with great caring staff . Joe really cares about his tenants. As for the maintenance men they are amazing, caring and knowledgeable men. They really take pride in everything they do.

Mira Verde is a nice place to live with a very affordable rent and the the maintenance people are quick and responsible when it comes to fix anything they come as soon as possible . I been here for 4 years and hopefully many more to come

Love it, very nice quiet family community. I have been here for 4 years. I am very pleased with the experience that i have had, thus far. I feel like I'm home, my kids love that their friends are so close.

Clean complex and units.. with the essentials needed for living. More activities and better cellphone service would make this community better. Office staff should treat all applicants and tenants equally no matter their race.

I have lived here 8 months and I've come to know the office staff as very kind and professional people. When I have requested a maintenance repair the work orders are completed promptly. Upon leaving the maintenance staff always leave the area they've worked on very clean. The office holds community events and encourage all to attend. I strongly feel the office does a great job at helping the residents communicate freely any concerns they may have.

Horrible place to running around everywhere unsupervised... Nothing ever gets fixed .... Pool always dirty or closed... No internet available unless you enjoy paying an arm and a leg for satelite internet

Too much crime, load music, when I am driving kids re running in front my van, parents do not watch there kids in the street. To much fights in the street, drugs, crime.Apt fixtures handles keep braking.Too much drama, fines are only for the good rent payers, all other have furiture on the porch, tents outside for their friends to sleep in. Kids throw balls on my van and trash on my front porch.Garabage always full on Sat and some Sundays animals and furniture block the garage doors, smells really bad. Sat they barbeque and have parties, they dump trash on my lawn, kids damage my van with marker, crayons ect.I would not recommend thi community to anyone it is not safe or clean. They have no park for the kids so they ride bike infront of us drivers, it is a mess here, they just do not care.

I have no problems living in here . the apartments are in good conditions and the management is very quick when it comes to fix anything . The pool is always clean and you don't see that in others complex and the community is always clean . I really like it in here

I HAVE 3 YEARS LIVING IN MIRA VERDE AND THE 25 YEARS LIVING IN USA THIS IS THE BEST PLACE. BIG APARTMENT, PEACEFULL, GOOD NEIGHBORS, KIDS PLAYING OUTSIDE MEANS SAFE ENVIRONMENT, IT REMINDS ME OF MY CHILDHOOD; PLACE TO WALK IN THE MORNING. IN MIRA VERDE I SAW THE MOST BEAUTIFULL SUNRISES AND SUNSETS. I WORK IN LABELLE 5 MINUTES AWAY THE ONLY REASON TO MOVE FROM MIRA VERDE IS MY WORK.

I like the environment. It's nice and peaceful. I have nice, friendly neighbors to keep to themselves and me and my family do the same. I haven't had any major issues with any problems inside my apartment, so I'm definitely happy about that. The staff is friendly and always willing to help you if anything is wrong. Its also convenient if you have kids that go to public school. All in all I must say it's a nice place to live whether it's just you or you and your family.

I love the experience but the only thing I'm not satisfied with is cell phone service no signal what's so ever I have 2 kids that I need to worry about an I can't even get ahold of them at all cause of bad service...an antenna is well needed...please consider this for safety of my kids an my self an family
