Excellent service and quick response

Living at Golf Brook Apartments has been a really good experience. The office team is always friendly, professional, and very quick to respond whenever you need something. You can tell they truly care about residents and making sure everything runs smoothly. Anytime I’ve reached out, things get handled right away, which makes a big difference. Helpful staff, peaceful living

We had a great move-in experience at Golf Brook and have found the leasing staff and maintenance crew to be top-notch! Any needed repairs are done immediately and skillfully. The apartments are surrounded by lovely old oak trees, and we often see deer and other wildlife in the neighborhood at night. The apartments are not new, but they are sturdy and well-kept and pest control is included in rent. We appreciate how quiet and peaceful it is here.

Beautiful place to live

Could not be more pleased with my choice of Golf Brook apartments for the next chapter of my life. Having moved from the West Coast in Florida and owning a home for 25 years, it’s an adjustment going back into an apartment. However, I’m so happy that I found this community close to relatives and all the amenities that I’m used to. Staff, including all the maintenance workers are first class and the community is beautiful thanks so much NTS and having such a nice community to call my home.

A Place to Call Home

Finding our new home at Golf Brook Apartments in Longwood has been nothing short of a beacon of hope after enduring two incredibly tough years. Moving for the third time in such a short span of time had me feeling so anxious about what was ahead, but Golf Brook Apartments was exactly the refuge my family and I desperately needed. Honestly, these apartments shouldn't even be called apartments... the space feels more like a condo, offering a sense of comfort and luxury I never expected. Our new home is even larger than the house we owned back in 2022, which is beyond anything I could have imagined! The interior is so incredibly spacious that words cannot do it justice. We are living in a 3 bed, 2 bath unit on the second floor with vaulted ceilings, which gives us and our dog all the room we could ever need. The patio is another highlight as it's large enough to enjoy a cup of coffee during the cooler days + nights, and it overlooks a serene view of water, trees, and a variety of birds and ducks. This setting provides the peace and quiet we have been yearning for, and it is exactly what our hearts needed. Having a detached garage included with each apartment is such a blessing. It is perfect for extra storage and for keeping our car safe during those unpredictable Florida hurricanes. This feature also means we have our very own parking space, which takes away the stress of hunting for a spot every time we come home. One of the things we treasure most is the sense of privacy. Our front door is not in a breezeway crowded with other tenants it feels more secluded, which is such a comforting touch. The community itself is quiet and beautifully maintained, adding to the overall tranquility we feel living here. But what truly makes Golf Brook Apartments in Longwood stand out is the incredible staff and management. It is one thing to have a beautiful space, but if the people running it are difficult to communicate with, it is impossible to fully enjoy it. Thankfully, that is not the case here! The ladies in the office and the maintenance crew are genuinely caring, attentive, and supportive. They went above and beyond to make our move as smooth as possible, and their kindness has made this place a real blessing for my family and me. Lord willing, this will be our home for many years to come!

Feels like Home!

I am an elderly woman living alongside my son and his wife, and Golf Brook Apartments has been a wonderful place to call home. The environment here is truly serene—it’s a beautiful, quiet, and clean family community that provides a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxing and enjoying life. The grounds are well-maintained, and there’s always a sense of calm that I deeply appreciate. The management and staff are attentive and responsive, making sure the community is a comfortable and safe place to live. A place and a community you can call home sweet home!

I recently had the pleasure of going through the process of securing a unit at Golf Brook Apartments. From the very first day I stepped into the leasing office, Bailey, Stevie, and Shannon (the manager) have exceeded all my expectations, making me feel literally “at home” and a part of the family and community at Golf Brook. They are incredibly helpful and accommodating, always going above and beyond to address any of my concerns or questions promptly. The property and amenities are immaculate. I could tell right away that the office and maintenance teams ensure the property is well kept and looking beautiful. From the crystal clear water swimming pool, tennis court, well cleaned equipped gym, to a spotless and convenient doggy spa for those who own pets. The property offers 2 and 3 bedroom units on the first and second floor (top floor offers 12-foot ceilings). You will find a formal dining room, living room, screened patio, washing space, kitchen and a cute breakfast nook. The rooms are very spacious and all come with a closet, and one full guest bathroom. The master bedroom is huge(!), the master bath comes with a double sink, a shower and a hot tub bath. The design and spaciousness of the unit makes it feel like more of a home or a condo. Each unit has plenty of storage inside as well as an exterior storage space by the front door, and as if that’s not enough, each unit comes with a garage at no extra cost. The landscaping and trees surrounding the buildings are simply beautiful and well taken care of. And everywhere you go there’s a sense of a tight-nit community and safe for the whole family to live and enjoy daily activities. My family and I are beyond excited to call Golf Brook our new home and looking forward to begin our new life here!

Great Place To Live!

Nice, clean community. Very engaged management staff. close to major roads and excellent amenities. I was pleasantly surprised, after many years of not living in an apartment, of the homey feeling of the community. Garages are a plus! The welcome basket was a wonderful touch. Totally recommend!

I just moved into Golf Brook last week and I am loving this community! The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. I had a few maintenance issues when moving in and they were fixed right away. Tons of oak trees lining the streets make it feel homey and welcoming. Convenient to restaurants, the Altamonte Mall and Wekiva Springs. I only have one complaint and it's my smoking neighbors so I can't really enjoy my patio because of the smell but that isn't the communities fault so still giving 5 stars :)

This is an amazing apartment complex as it is quiet, well maintained and friendly. I especially like the location since it is so convenient to shopping, restaurants and several churches including the one I attend. Safety is a huge issue with me also and I feel very safe here. The pool, tennis court, and gym are an added convenience and the occasional socials are fun and a nice opportunity to meet the neighbors. Thanks to the friendly office staff for this.

Friendly and helpful staff; property well-maintained; very attractive setting with shopping, medical, gas stations, banks, etc. very easily accessible. Our three bedroom, apartment home is very spacious and very well laid out. Maintenance service is outstanding. Very short response time after placing work orders. We don't even have to change lightbulbs! Owned homes before moving to Golf Brook. Now we have no more headaches or surprise expenses. Perfect choice for our retiree stage of life, yet a community with all age groups.

I love Golf Brook apartments because the staff are so happy and helpful, the grounds are beautiful, the neighbors are friendly, and the apartment has a nice layout. It was important for me to have a garage and I love that all the apartments have them. There is a ton of storage space. The master bathroom is huge. Very happy here.

If you are considering Golf Brook - DO IT! This beautiful property is well worth every penny you pay. The staff are the essence of service excellence. The maintenance team are awesome and so responsive! We lived in Golf Brook for seven years and will tell anyone and everyone that it was our 'dream home'. It never felt like an apartment. It always felt like our home. Having the garage was helpful and the outside storage. Even the garage has an attic for storage! The neighbors are friendly and the amenities are a notch above. Please take advantage of the neighborhood too - the wildlife watching is spectacular - especially at dusk! Life has taken us away from our 'dream home' but I can promise you, you will never regret moving in and making Golf Brook your 'dream home'.

I loved living at Golf Brook apartments for the last 2 years. We purchase a house if not we would still be living there. The area is very central, yet tranquil. The apartments are large and spacious. The maintenance is incredible. They even change the light bulbs and air conditioning filter. The office staff and maintenance staff always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Superb customer service. Definitely worth it.

Easily the top apartment community in Greater Orlando! We've lived in multiple apartments over the years, but this was the best. From day One when we signed the lease, until the last day when we moved out (as I had to relocate out of Orlando), everything was great. Any repair you need during your stay is attended to within a few hours - this includes plumbing work, electrical, pest control, etc. When you're about to leave the apartment, unlike other communities, the Golf Brook maintenance office folks also give you advice on how to get a complete refund of your security deposit.

Golf Brook Apartments are the best apartment complex that my wife and I have ever lived in. You have a country living feel even though you're minutes from highway 434, downtown Longwood, and Altamonte Springs mall. The concierge and maintenance staff are second to none. They respond immediately, to include weekends and they totally fix a problem, not just patch up and leave for the next person. The pool area is beautiful and the gym is perfect. My wife and I just moved in to our new home, but I'm not ashamed to say I miss my apartment which overlooked a gorgeous body of water with some of Florida's most beautiful bird life.

Golf Brook is a top notch community. It is a wonderful feeling to come home and feel safe, and surrounded by beautiful oak trees. I came here thinking I would want to stay for a short while and then buy a home, only to find myself here three years later with no plans of leaving. The maintenance staff is always here when I need them and work so very hard to keep everything in good order. I have never been to a community where each member of the office truly took the time to care about my needs long after I signed my lease and I found that here. Golf Brook is much more than an apartment community, it is my home-sweet-home.

I have been living in the Sabal Point area for over 10 years and this is by far the best residence/apartment experience I have had. The apartments are older with some of the fixtures a bit dated and old. However, everything else is top-notch. The leasing staff is highly professional, fun and attentive. They are always available to assist me with anything i need. You cannot compare the Golf Brook Maintenance staff to any other staff anywhere. Not only are these guys talented craftsmen, they are constantly looking out for safety concerns, keeping an eye on the neighborhood kids, keeping track of outside contractors and genuinely nice guys. I am a private person but I trust the entire staff to take care of any maintenance or safety issues in my apartment when I am not there. If you are looking for a family oriented, kid friendly, quiet, classy place to call home I highly recommend Golf Brook.

Great place to live and socialize. Staff is excellent and hosts numerous events throughout the year to meet and greet neighbors. Grounds are extremely well kept with dog waste stations throughout the community. Extremely close enough to Cross Seminole County Trail, Wekiwa State Park, Altamonte Mall and I-4. As close as you can get to living in a home. By far best apartment I've ever lived in.
