Even though we just moved in I have to say that we felt right at home real quick. We have very nice neighbors who were welcoming and very accommodating and considerate while we moved. The apartment had special touches of personal items that you would need while moving in and it was move in ready. But most importantly was the whole experience process of searching, visiting numerous times and the actual move. We were ALWAYS received with care, patience, consideration and a smile from Ashley, Kathi and Shannon. We love it here. I know without a doubt we will be treated with the same experience as we stay here over the next couple years. We are looking forward to calling Golf Brook our HOME.

We were 100% satisfied with our home at Golf Brook Apartments. We moved into our 3 bedroom upstairs corner unit on September 1, 2012 and our move-in arrangements were smooth and pleasant thanks to the Rental Manager, Ashley. During our 18 month stay at Golf Brook Apartments we always were able to receive speedy service with any maintenance issue and many times Maintenance Custodian, Jeff, went way beyond to ensure our apartment was operating in top condition. We constantly received warm, friendly and swift service from all the office managers, Shannon, Kathi, and Ashley. We chose this apartment complex for a temporary place to live while searching for a home to buy. But Golf Brook turned out to be a place we called " home" and grieved when we finally bought a house and had to move. Just as moving into our home at Golf Brook was smooth and pleasant, our moving out of Golf Brook was smooth but sad because we left a true family. I have recommended Golf Brook apartments and it's staff to many people looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to live. Nestled in a suburb of Longwood, this complex is a wonderful place to call Home. The staff and neighbors we have met here will always be our friends. We chose this complex because of the high internet ratings it has and we are glad we did !

We have enjoyed it here so far. The staff are very friendly, the maintenance staff are on the job and get things done quickly. We love the size of the apartment for the money, very tranquil, peaceful, and you couldn't ask for a better neighborhood. We have been here since November 2013, and it has been great. The elementary school is close by and there plenty of families in the area. We moved from a house to here, and we were very particular about what we wanted. I am so glad that we chose Golf Brook. I do feel safe here, and it is also a pet friendly community, which is wonderful.

I have been at Golf Brook for just over 3 months and it is first rate. The apartment was practically gutted and refurbished before I moved in. Like with any home, things have broken but they have been repaired quickly. The staff is exceptional... From the property manager to the maintenance guys. Friendly and service oriented. It is a bonus to have a garage for my car and additional storage. Not many places can offer that. The amenities are well kept and they also have some social gatherings so you can get to know your neighbors. I would highly recommend Golf Brook to anyone looking for an apartment.

dont be fooled by the pictures that golf brook apt puts online. The complex is old and falling apart. if you spend a little time here you will see maintenance men constantly buzzing around in there golf carts. that is not because they are an attentive staff but because there are major problems here. I have been here only 3 months and have had maintenance over here about 20 times. there are cockroaches all through and when you tell the leasing office there response is that this is florida and there are bugs here. My master bathroom shower began leaking into my master bedroom flooding it so i have had construction crews coming in and out all day for about 2weeks.nice . when i asked for a discount on this months rent they thought long and hard about it for a week and then offered me 100 dollars. ridiculous. golf brook apartments is gross and way over priced. 1300 a month for this. look elsewhere.

I never would believe that we could find an apartment to rent that would not make me homesick for my beautiful house in Heathrow. Our apartment is perfect, but still not as perfect as the staff at Golf Brook. There isn't a problem they can't fix wether it is physical, emotional or . The grounds are taken care of every Wednesday. The exterminator cames every month. The maintenance crew is knowledgeable and available whenever a problem arises...they do it with a smile. The office staff is WONDERFUL. They take care of their department as well as the maintenance staff does. They care and like the renters and make us believe it is just like a family. We LOVE IT HERE!!!!

When you arrive home, the Dynasty fountain welcomes you and instantly calms you. The staff have exactly the same effect. The buildings are well maintained and the staff truly believe in what they are doing. It truly feels like home. I honestly forget we live in an apartment complex. The neighbors are awesome and the amenities are second to none. The price for what you get is exceptional. Mature landscaping really makes this an award winning community of amazing people. Love it.

It's Like Living In A Home

Living in Golf Brook Apartments is like living in a home except your "Honey Do" list went out the window. I can't get over the professional and friendly attitudes of all office staff and maintenance staff. Our last apartment took 3 weeks to get a dripping faucet repaired. My wife can't get over the fact that she called in a work order one morning and someone was there that afternoon to handle her problem. They are GREAT. I not only would recommend Golf Brook to friends, I have already done so. I love coming home from work to a beautiful apartment home, a lovely wife, and 2 of the sweetest dogs, Sugar & Spice, that you could meet. I have it all and would love to share it with my friends (my apartment community, not my wife and dogs)lol.

"Home"

Living in Golf Brook feels like living in a cozy village. It is a well maintained environment of spacious, well-appointed "homes" each with a garage and easily accessed attic space. Storage space within the apartments is also generous. The management is personable and responsive. Golf Brook is a community one can enjoyably call home for months or years.

Golf Brook experience

We moved into this apartment/home complex 15 months ago after having lived in a 3200 sq ft. home on 1.2 acres for 22 years. We felt it would be a big adjustment, but it was not in the least. We found much of our "stuff" could be donated or just thrown out. Staff at this complex are prompt, courteous, and very accommodating. The overall area is very upscale, and well worth the higher priced rent. Although the parking could be better, we have learned to advise our guests where to park. Ground floor apartment/homes are spacious with 9' ceilings. One car garage is included in the rent. You don't have to walk far to get in your garage. The garage does have a pull down ladder for the attic. Great for additional things you just can't part with. And by the way, there are great neighbors, many of which have lived here 5 years and some even longer.

Golf Brook Apartments in Longwood are wonderful!

I moved to Golf Brook Apartments March of 2010 after searching weeks for a apartment after selling my home. I must say I had great concerns after living in a beautiful single family home about moving to an apartment. After visiting many apartments in the area, I discovered Golf Brook Apartments. Kathi Walsh, property manager made me feel welcome and was so helpful, within 30 minutes I knew this was going to be my new home. The apartments are so spacious and absolutely beautiful. The two walk in closets are large with plenty of storage, the porch is beautiful and much larger than any other apartment I've seen, the fireplace is beautiful and great to have on the cool nights and the garage...well, that just made it perfect in every way... My neighbors are wonderful and I never hear a thing the structure is made so well. I can't say enough great things about Golf Brook Apartments. I just signed a new 15 month lease..I'm not sure I'll ever move..

Living at Golf Brook Apartments

I have been living here at Golf brook Apartments for the past two years and find it to be a community that lends a sense of safety and security. The staff is so friendly and accommodating in assuring that the tenants needs are addressed in a timely manner. My apartment is comfortable and I find there is ample storage space with many cabinets. this is a great community for seniors as well as young families. I would certainly recommend this community to anyone who wishes to live stress free in reference to housing. Sharon

Great Community

Love the floorplan, plenty of room and very quiet. The grounds are great with plenty of views of the nature the complex is set in. The staff is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. They do a good job of engaging the tennants with social gatherings on the holidays and movie/pool parties in the summer. Best community that I have lived in.

Upscale Apartment Homes with Garage in fabulous Sabal Point community!

I have been here for two years and love the stress free apartment home living! Very peaceful and safe. Impeccable ground upkeep in a natural environment. I am upstairs in 3/2 split bedroom apartment with lovely vaulted ceilings and beautiful windows that allow lots of light into your living area. Large (1600 sq ft) homelike living. The appliances are brand new. The large master bathroom even has a full size spa tub! The fireplace is great for the winter in Florida. Twenty minutes away from Orlando. Management is very friendly and act immediately to any concerns. Recently renovated custom pool, clubhouse, gym and tennis courts. If you are searching for a place to call home without all the responsibilities then look no further!

Sucks to be moving.

I live in the smaller street next to the main complex and I love my apartment. The only reason I'm moving is because I am moving out of state for work and it's a crying shame. Pros: I'm upstairs and the apartment is large (1600 sqft) with very high ceilings. The appliances are just fine, not brand new but not old either. The bathroom and fireplace tile does denote the year of install based on style (1980's) but isn't nasty because of age. I can't hear my neighbors on either side and I'm assuming my folks downstairs can't hear me because they never say anything and I never get any notices. The fireplace was awesome when it got cold this year! Office staff are nice as can be and I've never once had a problem with them. Super pleasant and very understanding and compassionate. Cons: Don't store anything in your garage that isn't in a sealed plastic container. Maybe it's because I've never had a garage but hot-damn it was like I was running a roach brothel in there. Lesson learned. The maintenance staff aren't the sharpest tools in the shed. They're nice enough but they're running a little low on the wattage. There's a disparity in cooling in my apartment as the smaller rooms are at the front and the larger ones at the back so the front three rooms (two BR and a bath) are warmer than the back three (living, BR, bath) when it's hot and colder when it's cold. Parking can get a little troublesome but nothing more than 50 yards at the worst of times. I love this apartment and I hate to leave.

Nothing Better

Love my apartment home! My apartment has ample space and is beautiful. I love the canopy trees that surrond the property. The office and maintenance staff is always willing to help with a friendly smile. The buildings and amenuities are built well and maintained. I plan on staying for years to come!

Great Place!

I've lived here for 2 years and all I can say is WOW! I've lived in multiple apartments over the years but Golf Brook exceeds my expectations! The location is great! Quiet, in a beautiful neighborhood, the residents are friendly and the staff is always smiling and willing to help or just have a chat. My apartment is not 'boxy' like most apartments it's open, has unique architectural touches and feels like a free standing home. Ample storage between the garage and storage closet. I plan on staying here for years to come. Not to mention my dog Hoosier loves to take walks around the grounds and my kitty Gizmo loves to watch nature on the screened in patio.

We are a family of five and have moved around in this area a few times..Golf Brook saved us from another unit (Residences at Sabal Point) that was going through a foreclosure, they got us into a unit that accomadated our family and even gave us a move-in discount. Golf Brook Apts have always taken care of my family's needs in a timely manner, under current (NTS) and previous management (Greystar). The office staff is professional, helpful and very respectful. NTS is the best!

I am a former tenant of 2004 (Property was sold for condos). Today, I am a present tenant of 2009 (NTS is back, apartment living). I forgot for a moment what it was like living in an apartment. I do not have to do the lawn, nor water it. I do not have to do maintenance around the property, like the roof, walls, pool, etc. I just simply pay my rent, and enjoy using the pool, jucuzzi, tennis courts, gym, and more. I'm spoiled! I enjoy my peaceful and beautiful location. I enjoy my life, if any time I need service I just let my fingers do the walking by calling or dropping a note at the office mail drop for service. Best apartments in Longwood!

I have been renting at Golf Brook for the past year and a half and have been very pleased with my experience. It is by far the most spacious two bedroom apartment/condo that I have seen available. When I have guests in, they always comment on how nice the area is and how it feels like an upscale neighborhood! Then they are surprised by the spacious layout of the apartment once inside. There HAS been a change of ownership since last June, I believe, and they have been aggressively tending to areas that they have determined to be needing extra care, renovation or maintenance. The staff here treat the tenants with respect and kind consideration at all times, making my living situation comfortable and a place I like to come home to.
