the apartment has a spacious and luxurious vibe. I also appreciate that they have one month free of rent, which really balances out the monthly rent rate. The environment looked very nice. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and ready to show us around and ready to help us to secure our home. I really appreciate their support. I want to see what the pool looks like once the pool is complete. It looks like the pool isn't done yet, but they said that it's supposed to be finished by June

I've been here almost a year and I absolutely love it. The only thing that could be challenging at times is parking. I don't like how we're limited to only one spot, but I understand the demand for it.

The dog poop situation has gotten A LOT BETTER, the marijuana smell issue has been addressed. New lighting everywhere, pool renovation, etc. so happy to have you guys. God Bless

Nice place. Clean for the most part. Maintenance crew is great. BUT, I think the rent payments have gotten out of control. We started at around $1950 montly, to now $2700. If they bring down the rent more good people will stay instead of all these random people coming and going with no consideration for others.

This community is clean, very well kept. The office staff is friendly dly and responsive to tenants needs. Repairs needed in the apartment are done as soon as you call. There are always staff members around to help you. All and all a very nice community to live in. Close to highways and stores.

Recomiendo la renta en este condominio 100%. Tranquilidad. Buen trato. Excelentes instalaciones. Atenci?n esmerada. Recomiendo insistir en la limpieza de escaleras y pasillos. Abundante en la exigencia de disciplina para los propietarios de mascotas que manifiestan cero inter?s en la higiene de la comunidad. Pero son detalles que no desmeritan la calidad y los servicios del condominio. Gracias a todo el colectivo de trabajo.

I've had a positive experience living here overall. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and the staff is responsive whenever maintenance issues come up.
