Living at Atlantico at Kendall has been frustrating overall. The community has potential, but poor management and lack of upkeep make it hard to enjoy. Maintenance requests are either delayed or ignored, and communication with the office is often unhelpful or dismissive. The amenities aren’t well-maintained, and the gates are frequently broken, which raises safety concerns. For the price, I expected much better service and attention to residents. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless major changes are made in how the property is managed.

Administration very professional they are always there for any residents needs. Community is very good, near places to buy groceries, pharmacies , close by Miami metro zoo A lot of places to eat out. A very clean and peaceful place to live.

Great place. I've enjoyed living here very much. Spacious luxurious apartment units. There is only one downside though. But rents go up significantly every year. May have to move soon after 8 years.

It's a nice community that is well maintained. The maintenance people are wonderful. However, I am not happy with the call box showing my full name and the fact that now we will have to pay to park where we live.

Amazing experience

Our experience visiting the apartments was wonderful, especially with Andres Padilla, who made an effort to give us the best possible treatment and make us feel at home. The place is beautiful, very clean, spacious and pleasant, perfect for a long stay and with very pleasant staff, highly recommended.

I love living here ! I have been a resident of Atlantico since 2017 and I have had a great experience since I moved in . It's clean , well maintained and they truly work to make everything look good . The pool in the summer is absolutely the place to hang out with your kids on those sunny days . Definitely move here . You won't regret it . I will be here until I buy my forever home .

Overall, the staff have been incredibly friendly and supportive of our needs. The maintence staff are also very punctual and effective at solving any issues. I am a little upset at how poorly insulated the buildings are against noise. I had to leave my previous unit because of noisy stomping from my upstairs neighbors. While Andres and the rest of the staff were very accomodating of that move, my new 3rd floor unit is still surrounded by noisy families. I really wish more effort had been taken to ensure apartments could be somewhat quieter.

Experience is good, love the community, everything is very well taken care of except for the gym, there are groups of teenagers constantly running around the gym, swinging from the machines, eating pizza in the toddler room, leaving weights around etc?.very annoying

The community is conveniently located close to several shopping centers and dining restaurants. The community also features a safe and secure living facility with great amenities. The common areas are well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Their amenities are great, love the pool, gym, dog park, kids park and bbq area. The parking is a bit complicated at times. You can't really have visitors over as there isn't much parking spaces for them.

All was great when we first moved in! Then the safety quality started to drop a year after with gates staying sometimes opened for days for different reasons. Last year, my daughter's car was stolen during the night in the parking lot. Until t'aid?t we never heard from Atlantico what will be done for this and to avoid these cases of theft. Atlantico is supposed to have cameras on parking lots for its residents and cars safety. But Atlantico prefers to have cameras on trash areas and it is more eager to police trash than protecting its residents and their cars. If thieves can enter to steal cars, what can they do to the residents at night?

Property is amazing. The office team is welcoming and very helpful! Manuela leasing agent showed us 2/2 very nice and answered all my question. Roselly and Andres explained everything on the contract in detail. The amenities are well kept and the complex is very quiet and nice.

Maintenance to the rescue!

It was only two days after Christmas, and I had woken up to a very stressful situation at 6 am when my hot water heater broke, was leaking, and had begun to overflow from the closet into the kitchen. I quickly put down what I could to contain the water and then left a message for the emergency maintenance through the apartment phone service. I don’t think even 15 minutes had passed by before someone got the message and arrived at my door as I was still trying to contain the water. They had the problem stopped, cleaned up, and a new water heater installed within just a few hours. I was so relieved to have this fixed completely with little to no damage to my apartment or my belongings. The office staff is always so professional, helpful, and responsive. I feel that the service and quality of Atlantico is worth the amount I pay every month. I would recommend this apartment complex 10/10 times. Everywhere in Miami these days is expensive, but I sleep better at night knowing I can count on the people that I rent from. Thank you Atlantico staff!
