One of the best apartment communities in this part of the town. The property is well maintained and the service is apt. The management is also very helpful and courteous. A little on the expensive end though.

After 6 years of calling Atlantico of Kendall home, all I can say is that it's a great place to live thanks to a very professional and friendly staff always ready to serve and take care of your concerns.

Atlantico at Kendall is a great place to live. We have all the support necessary, and we are enjoying living here. The common areas are excellent, and the kids can play freely. It's a great place. Roselly is a great manager; she is working hard to keep everything in place.

The staff at Atlantico at Kendall have been less than helpful. They do not take the community seriously and do not ensure the cleanliness and safety of the community. It is pointless to bring up any concerns because they will not be heard.

I'm fine with living in this community. I do not have any complaints living here. However, the rents have gone up almost 30% in the last two years. I think the management should consider the tenants' history in raising rents.

The friendly, fast and efficient leasing process. The maintenance and repair services that we have requested have always been responded to promptly and efficiently. Common use areas in perfect condition. All of the above has made our stay pleasant.

Refrigerator
Refrigerator Sent: Friday, July 7, 11:35 refrigerator did not cool. Sent a service request Maintenance came and did a great job. The refrigerator was taken apart: door of the freezer, ice maker, rails, baskets and much more. It takes a lot of time to take things apart. Maintenance literally spent 4 hours working on the problem and found that a switch needed to be replaced. He did and hurray: refrigerator is working normally again. Amazing what Atlantico does for its tenants. Maintenance does much more than just cleaning and cleaning up dirt. I was really amazed by the expertise of the maintenance staff and am very grateful for the work done Get Outlook for Android

Great experience in this community, quiet and safe environment by the time that I moved in, since last year I see some changes in regards to neighbors, new bad educated people lives here now, nosy child's, destroying the environment I hope some measures will be take to address those child's

The leasing agent who helped was nice. The apartments are good but initial move in cleanliness was subpar. Lastly, with apartments you will deal with noise. However, sent request about loud surround sound in neighboring apartment and nothing done. I have to sleep in my living room because my bedroom is where I hear loud music and a surround sound playing movies.

Relatively good. The only two complaints I have is people who do not pick up after their dogs. The dog park is full of crap. Second, parents need to keep a better handle on their children. There are a few children that raise hell.
