Molly Crossing needs to show the prospective residents the apartment they will be renting before they collect any monies or deposits. Why would anyone rent an apartment sight unseen? Your rent seems appropriate but how you handle future residents seems a bit wrong.

I love it at Molly Crossing because of the staff and the tenants. Great group of people. The residents are extremely friendly and helpful to one another. We are one big family. The staff are courteous and efficient. Michelle and Anarelly are rock stars!

Molly Crossing Family Fun

What I love about MC is the people. We play all sorts of games daily. We have x2 Spades tournaments most months. The manager "Michelle provided pizza at one recent tournament. We have 25-30 residents who are Spades players. We have a lot of fun together. As a whole we get along with one another. I can't imagine being anywhere else. I love that we have access to her and she always helps us out if possible. All of the staff are very friendly. I enjoy every one of them. I haven't lived in an apartment since I was a teenager, but after the death of my husband, I decided I didn't wanna be alone anymore. There are a lot of widows here. You never feel alone.

Community is well kept.Staff on duty are always friendly and efficient. I like that you can be part of the community each day or chose to be by yourself in your apartment. They try very hard to have multiple events through the month for us to experience.

An excellent senior apartment complex

It is really a blessing to live at Molly crossing we have been fortune enough to live in a beautiful place with wonderful people. The property is managed by Michelle and she does an excellent job. The building is kept very clean and rules are enforced. If you ever get a call to come live here don't walk run you will love it here.

I Will be happy to do this once I am a resident. It is difficult to pass judgement on a 15 minute visit that did not explore the property. The entrance was secure with a locked door. The area upon entering was clean and neat. I could see the mail room - ver convenient.

Staff tries to help when asked and give instructions to help ease the move in. The apartment was clean and only had 1 small item to take care of immediately. Found out the community was eager to share opinions and instructions. Desk staff helped whenever they were asked. Only complaint I have is more elevators are needed at the end of the building.
