The place is really kept up well. They are quick to fix anything. The management is wonderful. The neighbors are very friendly and caring we have card games and socials around holidays. If you need help with anything someone is always there to help.

Maintenance staff has been prompt to fix what they can snd put warranty's back where originals were out in wrong. I do not agree with all the rules such as locking bathrooms next to the community room for residents to use or not allowing us to walk our dogs on grounds. You advertised great amenities, yet it seems they are more for recruiting and looks than for the actual residents, the dog park is extremely disappointing for the number of dogs, we aren't allowed to use community room TV or in exercise room, can't walk dogs even in the parking lot. Some of these items do seem extreme. We are, after all, older adults. If there is an issue, address it with you warnings with those who are the ones who are causing problems, don't penalize the majority. But I've never managed an apartment building, im dure there are a lot of things I do not know.

Beautiful Community, Professional Staff
I love this community, found out through a sister community about Molly Crossing, the employee Ana who recommended this property for my dad was very professional and helpful. will definitely consider Molly Crossing for my parents

Just moved in and have no problems the entire staff is courteous and helpful. I would recommend this complex to any senior. All residents that I have met are friendly and always greet each other upon passing you

It's fantastic how much of the difference between the original design for this and what the other one did was so different from how they did it for the same purpose in their own way and it really makes the whole thing more enjoyable for everyone else .

I have only lived here a week, but when I moved in, there was no water in the kitchen. The bathroom was fine. I contacted the office here at Molly Crossing, explained the problem, and within minuets a maintainence man came and fixed the problem.

It is beautiful! Tastefully decorated. Many amenities for the community to enjoy. I am enjoying decorating my new apartment. I have only lived here 5 days and was the first to move in so there is not much else to say.
