We find it enjoyable here, We use the Community Room for social functions, cards and games. The one malfunction is that we are not allowed to use the restrooms next to the Community Room. And the TV in the Community Room runs all day but you cannot hear it!

While overall experience is good and the tenants very friendly the continued problem with the elevators is a nuisance and the fact that the common areas . Bathroom locked after the office closes is a real problem because tenants gather there to play games and visit well after that and if you need a bathroom you have to go ALL the way back to your own. In reference to my most recent work order it was left dripping with an apology that it can't be fixed!!!!! Then replace it. I will expect to hear back on that asap. Thank you Irene Rosa

My experience at this community is really good. I lived 2 years in this community and for me is a blessing. Is secure, closer to the hospital,groceries stoats, Farmacy and restaurants. The staft is very professional and kind. I'm happy to live here.

I've never stepped a foot on your property, and the rent is crazy high! But know as affordable and it is not affordable for all. I've never seen the interior or exterior of this apartment complex. This complex is known to "Mission on a dirt road in Keystone heights, Florida as being affordable you may want to call and let them know you aren't for their clientele

This is a new complex; the location is ideal, near churches, department stores, auto parts stores, eateries, hospital, medical offices, major highways. The 55+ is a big plus. Appeared to be ample parking. Rec area is ideal.

There’s No place Like Home

My husband and I were on a waitlist for a while and as soon as a place became available we jumped in on the offer. We have already renewed our lease for another year. The staff and residents have made our stay enjoyable. We all interact with each other from playing games to sharing meals together. All the residents come from different states, so we share the differences from where we came from. Thanks for opening up this community for us.

Lexi is wonderful and other residents were friendly. Great activities scheduled and gardening planters available to anyone interested. Dog park is a little small for dogs to have space to run and play, I wish it were a bit larger.

Great Place to Live

Churches everywhere and all faiths. Convenient to hospital and physicians. Lots of choices for eating out and shopping. Spacious apartments even the one bedroom apartments. Lots of activities. We have a movie room, puzzle area and places to sit and talk. It is clean and beautiful. I love it here. Places to walk.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Rude and abrasive management on-site. No compassion and this is supposed to be a senior community. HA! Complaints about local management are ignored by regional management. Rent was 1 price at approval and raised $50.00 before I even moved in. Yes, rent is cheap but you get what you pay for. Management: Michelle/ and Anatoly are deceptive in the truth and accuse residents of violations they cannot prove. So many unfounded accusations!!! Don't fall for the eye candy like we all did!!!' They don't care. It's new, so there's a waiting list. Don't be fooled, it's not worth the wait or cheap rent.

I have been extremely happy here at Molly Crossing. The office staff was helpful. right from the very beginning, and were always available to answer any questions. Since I have moved in, that has not changed. It is also well maintained. I can't imagine living anywhere else.
