Office staff,manager and maintenance people are outstanding. Always a prompt reply and timely repairs. The fitness center is top notch as is yoga room. The pools are clean and well maintained. I love living here.

this place sucks for maintenance and communication with residents here, always turn the water off then letting us know a few hours later. the leasing office people are TERRIBLE. Never answer the phone. maintenance took 2 MONTHS to replace a light bulb in my bathroom. they also took a whole month to replace the fan in my bedroom when it was broken.

Biased treatment

If you move here with the intention of following the rules be very careful! The rules only apply to a certain few! Certain Dog breeds that should NOT be allowed on property are casually walking around and threatening other dogs and people! Yet, others are forced to pay extra! Certain people allow their children cause so much disruption at all hours and any where they please without consequence. People can park their cars in 2 spaces and claim “disability� and have no problem doing so. Employees can leave their garbage cans out all day without consequence but ours are taken away. People can violate the noise ordinance without consequence. But if you say something you are wrong! You are the problem!

I am very happy with the apartment complex . They have worked with us and it makes me want to stay here . I have a very busy life with work and family things , when ever we any issues , the complex does everything they can to get things fixed

Life in the complex is generally good, but some issues need attention. Despite cleanliness, pest control remains a struggle. Additionally, marijuana use by some neighbors is concerning, especially with children nearby, and smoking regulations should be clearly enforced. Speeding vehicles in the complex also pose safety risks. Ensuring rules are respected and properly enforced would greatly improve the living experience.

Carmen provided an excellent experience during the initial tour of the complex. The complex had incredible landscaping and is very pet friendly. The move in process was a breeze but I noticed my dishwasher was not turning on. I created a ticket through the app and am waiting for it to be resolved.

This community is a very nice place to live. Maint. Dept is great and always around when you need them. Maint requests are handled properly. Valet trash is also available as well as an area for larger objects. Management is ready to listen. The grounds are well .maintained as well. Plenty of parking.

Not the best experience. My unit was absolutely FILTHY in move in day. It was not prepped for a new tenant, and there was a roach infestation to which I have been fighting for months. I would not likely recommend.

6-5-2024 I received a letter from a family that lives above our apartment . My daughter shared the letter with ----- ------, the community manager of this property. ----- asked if she could take it and make a copy of it and return it to us the following day. We went to the office to get the letter from -----, she refused to give it to us. Her reason was she had so much going and besides the neighbors had their phone number on the letter and she did not want us to have the number. She lied about the returning the letter and now I do not feel safe with her in this complex. I don't trust her and I think she is going to generate lies on our family while we live here. I am frightened and we do not trust her. I need someone to contact me about this matter.

For the most part, it's a great community! Just needs to upkeep the lawn more and make people pick up their dog poop. It's everywhere and so disgusting. Also, the trash pick up company drags their trash down the stairs and sidewalks making a mess. It's gross!

Office staff is terrible. I've had problem after problem ad they don't seem to care to resolve them unless I threaten to do a bad google review. Since it is my only leverage I haven't left one yet but when I move out later this year a 1 star is definitely coming.

Been here for a couple of years. We like the location though our apartment had a lot of maintenance issue from AC unit that took three weeks to fix. We had roaches And they claim that the job was complete, which we sat here all day and no one came, and this is twice that has happened. They are lacking on maintaining the building.

I like living here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Any issues I have had have been resolved quickly. I do wish that the landscaping was updated. Lots of dead trees and missing shrubs/foliage where they have been pulled up and not replaced.

The apartments have been around for a long time and have somewhat been renovated with new flooring and paint, as well as bathroom sinks. Kitchen cabinets could use an update since the size of the drawers are very tiny and don't open and close smoothly. I do love the screen porch having garbage pick up at my door nightly is extremely convenient. The grounds are kept mowed. Anytime I have a maintenance request they respond quickly. The office staff, as well as maintenance are very friendly and helpful. The pools and gym are kept clean. The only true negative that I could say is that they do not have a playground for the children to have something to do. This causes the children in the complex to be more of a nuisance. I would recommend these apartments to my family and friends..

The complex is very family oriented and that's what I love; HOWEVER, for the amount that I have to pay, the apartments look run down. Things fall apart in my complex all the time! Maintenance is a joke. I put in requests for repairs on THE SAME ---- all the time! They take their time coming and it's never done right! I pay over $1800 a month because somehow they add something else to the rent EVERY month! Cable/internet is supposed to be included; yet, every month I am getting a bill from the cable company! They shut off the water all the time. The ducks ---- everywhere and it's never properly cleaned. They need more designated trash areas for the household AND for the pets! There's dog ---- everywhere. If all the things I mentioned weren't enough, they will raise your rent EVERY renewal! As if paying all this money for a rundown apartment isn't already enough to cover expenses. Property management companies are a joke!!! I am not sure the reasons for them besides to bankrupt their residents. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

All in all terrible experience. From non responsive leasing agents, to the monthly "problems" of your payment not going through just so they can charge unreasonable fees, to the shooting, and not to mention the shotty air conditioning unit and the floors peeling up. And to cap it all off, it's not even that cheap! Would definitely not recommend living here, you could do better almost anywhere else.

I have always enjoyed it here, for one thing I like the size of the rooms. The bedroom is very large. Even with a king size bed, you still have a lot of space. The disappointing thing is that it has a small kitchen.
