The apartments themselves are nice and roomy but the leasing office is a complete mess. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with them and when you do they are rude and uninviting. When something is broke it can take months for it to get attended to. You end up paying for amenities you never get to use.

Since Liz has become the Property Manager things here are 100% better!!! Liz has cleaned up the property and has gotten some exactly maintenance people here! Office staff even seems happier! It's awesome here

We are very happy living at Steeples 2901. We are close to the front gate and the office. We are also a step away from the dog park and our dog Sally loves it there and has many friends. We have great neighbors in our building too!

Good safe place to live. Like any apartment you might have issues with loud neighbors but most are nice. Being able to have a dog is a huge bonus. The option to have a newly renovated and upgraded apartment is nice. The pools, tennis courts and dog park are nice. There's also a great public park you can walk to.

This apartment is very ------. They have no professionalism. They miscalculate apartment prices and they do illegal things to your credit report. I already contacted my lawyer to take them to court. Never never ever sign apartment with them. They make your life like a hell.

Quite and friendly neighborhood. Close to all ammenties in Marion County such as the movie theater, Easy Street, Sky Zone and the mall. The apartment area is clean and neat. The staff is friendly and kind.

As a new resident, I hve not had much experienc eyet living in Steeples 2901. However, my first week has been great. My only concern would be that maintenance has not yet addressed my requests which I made immediately after moving in. They are not major repairs though and are not a significant concern. The rest of my experience has been great!

Since I moved here, there has been a problem with office staff. Always understaffed and incompetent. The fact that every time we have aneed for any type of "service" in our unit, sense of urgency is exhibited or expressed. The most common response is "we'll try"... I don't think that if your tenants would tell you "we'll try to pay our rent", it would be well received.

Great apartments. The problem is communication and maintenance. They never finish what they the apartments nice community. Management is great too. Lots of new upgrades. Nice park you can walk and feed the ducks..

Personally I feel that when I purchased a item it should be in excellent condition. The company spent money in up grades and the counters have fade spots in them and it is a beautiful pattern. The sliding glass doors should be cleaned and resealed. I stress the doors because I was shown the model and it was beautiful and then after I paid all fees and rent I was given apartment with dirty looking doors and the apartment was not totally cleaned. I have a cleaning company and was not except able to me.

Staff is friendly. The community is quiet. No breed specific bans!!! My pit bull was allowed to move in with me which is a HUGE bonus because I wasn't going anywhere without him. The pools are clean, the lawn and grounds are groomed and taken care of.

As I have stated in the past Steeples 2901 has been a God send. We had difficulties in NY and the office staff helped us secure an apartment. From the office staff to the view from our apartment to the proximity to my job this has been a wonderful experience. We hope it continues.

Overall Steeples is a good place to live. Quiet, friendly neighbors, etc... Grounds are adequately maintained. The only downside is attempting to contact the Office or Maintenance. Phone calls are not answered! Voice-mails and e-mails go unanswered and promised follow-up often does not happen. There is too much reliance on e-mails rather than a hands-on approach. The failure to; return messages, follow-up and conflicting information is the norm rather than the exception.

It has been wonderful living here. The grounds are always well kept. The maintenance staff does a great job. The office staff is friendly and willing to help! The pools are a nice amenity. Also, the fitness room is really nice! My neighbors are great, and we have a nice , peaceful area in the evenings!

Maintenance service is almost non existent. I spoke to the manager about cleaning the dirty nasty breezeway and was informed of how many tickets they are back logged (which I could care less about) and it's unknown when my concern will be addressed. You don't want to hear an excuse about late rent and I don't want any service excuses...I pay to live here! This is MY HOME! Service should be A-1. Customer service. People place trash and furniture by their door and Management does not enforce their own guidelines for such things. This place use to be run a whole lot better or I would have been long out of here by now and I will not lease again. Go elsewhere...do not rent at Steeples. The old management was far better. The surrounding area is great, everything nearby; there are also other apartments complexes nearby...try there. Highly disappointed with Steeples 2901

I moved into Steeples 2901 one week ago. The Assistant Manager Liz is fabulous, she made the leasing process very easy and pleasant. The grounds are very pretty and appear to be very well maintained. Downside is that both pools are currently closed for remodel and there is no estimated re-open date - not a good way to start the summer! My only complaint is the noise level, there are many many children who live in the complex and although there are a few playgrounds they tend to hang out in the stairwells which only echo and enhance their yelling/laughing. The soundproofing between the apartments is very poor, I can hear when my next-door neighbor sneezes! The complex is conveniently located and it is a very quick trip to nearby grocery stores and other shopping.

Great place especially for owners of big dogs since there's no dog breed restriction! Leasing staff was very helpful and friendly.

I had originally read bad reviews on google and almost didn't come to the property but I loved that they didn't have a breed restriction and that was a big plus for me. I filled out the online contact form and was contacted by Liz from day one she has been amazing and on point with her job you can tell that she really loves her job and the people who live in the community she always has a smile or her face and she always give 1000% when dealing with the residents and issues. I'm very happy that I did fill out the form and give steeples 2901 a chance. Steeples should be very grateful to have Liz as an employee

Liz is not only a great property manager but a phenomenal human being! Steeples 2901 is lucky to have such a great person on their side! When applying and viewing my future home at the time , which is now my forever home now she was extremely helpful in which and every way possible. From giving me tasty candies to great advise in the Real Estate Industry. Im forever thankful!!!

I really enjoyed the neighborhood here. Liz helped me move in and assisted me promptly and professionally every time I ever needed anything. There was never an issue she didn't resolve ASAP. Liz will make sure you are comfortable in your home and that things are taken are of right, the first time. I've since left Steeples, but my experience with the office staff was always 110% due to Liz's dedication to the residences in the community.

Liz was so incredibly helpful during my move-in in January. I was coming from Phoenix and she made it such an easy transition. I had to move out unexpectedly and she was so accommodating and I didn't feel like just an apartment number. Thank you again for going above and beyond!!

Steeples is a beautiful community. I fell in love on my tour and I moved in today. I couldn't be more happy with how easy my move in process was. The assistant manager Liz helped me and she was just perfect. I look forward to the next year here in my new apartment!!!
