It is a great community The staff makes me feel welcome I am 75 years old and they help me a lot. They are very courteous and helpful. the property is very well maintained. The staff is exceptional and always trying to help people with whatever they need. The neighborhood is very close to everything anyone can need including Movie theaters and Hospitals

I would not recommend this community. The residents they rent to treat this community poorly. They leave their trash everywhere. I have actually seen residents throwing knives at trees. Dog owners do not pick up after their dogs so you cannot walk in the grass without stepping in poop. The community borders a park, which seems nice until you realize how many non residents come and go through the neighborhood. The office tells you the gates are closed at night, but I have come home after 3am on several nights to find them wide open.I have never had to put my code in once since moving in. Also the management company had to inspect each unit, but only gave 24 hour notice, which was very inconvenient for residents. My apartment wasn't very clean when I moved in. The toilets need to be replaced as the easily overflow. I have never overflowed a toilet as many times in my life as I have the one in my apartment. The oven is very old and doesn't work very well.

This place is horrible, I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. When we signed the lease they said our rent was going to be $650 and that includes trash and cable. Well the first came around and the rent was $748. I looked through the statement. $45 for cable, fee for trash, pest control, grounds, and maintenance. Nothing is as what they said. Top it off they told us our rent was going up $100 when we sign our lease and dragged their feet when trying to go everything. It took them two weeks to get back to us with our new lease terms. Now that we are leaving on the fifteenth (which they knew we weren't staying) they told us we have to pay full rent when we're not even going to be here for full month cause we didn't put it in writing. Do yourselves a favor and skip over these people. We are moving to Tuscany apartments, they have better accommodations and nicer apartments.

The staff is nonresponsive to situations of priorities. I had let them know about our situation regarding the tras of our neighbors. They didnt do anything. Bag of trash every single day, nasty smells, bugs etc.. Still that way as of today unfortunately.

So far I am very pleased. I have only been in this comunity for almost three months, I feel confortable, everyone is friendly and courteous. A quiet place to live in. The rent is affordable and when maintenance is required they respond quickly and efficiently.

Absolutely horrible. I will never let a friend stay here because of the lack of professionalism in the place. What I pay for isn't what I pay for. I never see pest control, my AC broke many times, leaks in my ceilings. No one cares about you in the office. You're just another number to them. Just everything is horrible

so far has been good, when a service request is sent in, they handle it quickly and efficiently. The lighting in the area is a little dark in some areas, i wish that they could light the area by the lake for night walks(their is a walking path that follows the lake).

The experiace has been ok. Noise level is not a issue. People do have a tendency of dropping there garbage in the road before making it to the dumpster. The dumpster area needs to be bigger and there needs to be a parking area for parents waiting with there children for the school. The windows are terrible.

I lived her from 2012 to 2013. In the beginning I thought it was a great deal for the price. Did not have problems until the month before my lease.. I got bed bugs from the apartment below me. The worst experience of my life. They sent the people to spray.. There is no way to get rid of bed bugs unless you fumigate the building . I thought they were gone, I moved into a house and the bugs came with us. Had to spend $3,000.00 to fumigate the whole house. A nightmare that lasted 4 months. I lived in building 100.

Great location. Relatively quiet compared to other apartment complexes. Lights are well placed for safety and security. HOWEVER.. Lights burn out & are left out. Currently waiting for a bulb replacement for OVER 3 WEEKS. UNBELIEVABLE!!

Very polite staff, awesome maintenance personnel. Great pools. The gym could have some improvements, it lacks on free weights but the cardio and heavy weights machines are awesome. Walking distance to the Mall, Walmart and Publix. Great

Leasing staff nor maintenance are concerned with any problems that you may have. They act as if they do but make no effort to rectify the problem. Paddock Park is the absolute worst complex I have ever lived in! We lived with the smell of a dead rodent for over a week . The neighbor could also hear the rodents and complained but the staff didn't care about her concerns either.

Close to everything which is great. Hidden fees and rent is too expensive. Poor customer service from leasing office after you're all signed and moved in. Never any bugs and never have been bothered or disturbed by any close neighbors. 2 pools here but 1 is always closed because of algae.

I've lived here for almost 3 weeks and I love it so far. My neighbors are great. My leasing consultant was wonderful to work with. The apartment could have been cleaned a lot better when I moved in. I sent a request about my stove not working and it wasn't repaired until 5 days later.

Generally speaking, I have been quite satisfied living here at Paddock Park Apartments. The staff has been nice, responsive and efficient. most neighbors have been nice and considerate. The location is great, centrally located and close to almost everything I need.

I would not recommend this property to anyone moving into the Ocala area. I will be moving out a soon as possible. The treatment that I received from the property manager as well as the incompetent service of the maintenance staff will be the reason why I do not renew here and find another place to live.

Really poor.Look at how many visit maintance has come to my apt. Three visits for refrig and on 3rd got new refrig. Flood from the girl above me twice ( to my laundry room and my bathroom). Plug sockets will not hold your sweeper. Tub and toilet.

Overall, it has been a pleasure experience. There were instances with loudness from surrounding neighbors but they are no longer residents. There was an incident with getting my air conditioner fixed which was prolonged. Most importantly, rent has increased drastically which is unfortuntate. :-(

the actual apartment complex is very nice, it is spacious and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. There has been a few times where I have seen police as well a few drug incidents. As for the office they are very unhelpful, and do not care about the people living in them at all. they do not want to update your apartment if you are still living in it, they also are not helpful or productive in getting maintenance taken care of. in addition they "randomly" select peoples base rent to go up, even if you are already a loyal lease holder. my rent was subject to go up $70 more dollars, which was $30 more over the prospective rent rate at its highest. clearly all these people care about is money, rather than the safeness and happiness of the people who pay their bills.
