Good experience living at Paddock Park Apartments. Great neighborhood, family oriented and close to everything. The apartments are very spacious and confortable. The staff are friendly, not only the staff from the office but maintainance staff too.

I enjoy the community and location. However, I am very displeased with the maintenance department. They took over 2 weeks to fix a leaking garbage disposal. Also, paying for cable is mandatory at this community, even though I don't want/need cable.

The grounds and community are quiet. The only issue seems to be my building.There are many children and they are loud and throw trash everywhere, no one supervises them. They run in front of cars and all over the place. My hallway is always gross due spilled drinks and trash. Management posts notices about this but it continues. That is the only issue I have had. The neighborhood seems very safe and nice. Maintenance is fast and professional. Office staff are wonderful, and the apartments itself is great (besides the $250 electric bill with the A/C set on 79).

I hate it here! I want to move out asap. I dont feel safe here for my family and I feel like the front office could care less. Ive left messages but never get a response. All the neighbors ive talked to feel the same. Im counting the days until my lease end.

This community is great. It has many services offered for residents to make living there great. They accept any breed of dog. There are amenities for any age group to enjoy. It is quiet and there are very nice neighbors. They keep the community very clean and organized.

Have moved in and haven't been here 2 weeks yet and had to called maintenance 3 tomes. First didn't have blinds in my living room then dish washer didn't work now 3 days of no air conditioning. Very upset because really like staff in office just upset that everything keeps messing up in apartment.

Overall it has been a good experience. I don't like seeing the trash overflowing but other than that its a nice community. I think the longer you live here you should start giving renters discounts on rent or perks. Such as carpet cleaning.

The apartment is old but clean and spacious. Appliances are old but maintained. Windows are not energy efficient. All that said its not a bad place to live. Biggest complaint: tenants do not clean up after their dogs. When weather is hot you can smell dog poop outside.

From the very beginning the staff at Paddock Park have been amazing! They are friendly and understand what customer service is all about! I love the convienance of the apartments, being close to shopping and horse farms! A wonderful place!

Overall I ok with apartments. Have been in community since 2013, but there is not enough lighting in parking areas. Not enough parking in section I live in. No monitoring of pools for unsupervised kids.

The office staff is amazing. They always return calls and are professional. The grounds are kept clean at all times. The pools are always clean and open. The noise isn't too bad. My only complaints are that the gym keep is always changing and the parking spaces aren't assigned.

Although the property is somewhat dated the apartments are fairly clean but could use a better paint job. I don't believe that my unit was painted prior to my moving in and I had to do some touch up work with paint that the management provided upon my request.Overall the place seems nice but I've only been here a few months.The maintenance and office staff are courteous and very responsive.

The apartments here are great the people are awesome. It's also great area for children as well. The apartments are close by to shopping areas as well as the mall. All in all this is a great place do why not take a tour and find out for yourself. I'm sure once you take a look you will be more than pleased.

Love the apartment, great floor plan, and location but maintenance is lacking. Sometimes have to call twice to get tickets completed. No security of any kind so residents tend to be a little unruly (don't follow rules- garbage/pets/noise).

Regular, but I can recommend this place to other person. But my building is a littler not clean on hall, and there neighborhood drop de garbage on the floor. And my neighborhood down their turn on the radio until 1am, is not good because the other neighborhood can sleep.

The outside are fine, beautiful gardens but the apartment interiors are too old. Everything needs to be replaced. The residents don't take care of the property throw garbage everywhere, don't collect their pets poo and you find cigar butt everywhere.

There are residents this past year who had illegal activities in their home. Meth lab, alcohol/pot parties with children 14-16 years old. Teenagers are vandalizing the property. -- is an example. Even though his family moved, he hangs out on the property. Outsiders are allowed to use the tennis court and pools. Their is little staff presence on the weekend. The grounds are taken care of by the landscapers.

I've lived here for only two weeks now but everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful! A couple days after I moved in I realized my fridge was leaking a little bit of water. As soon as I called the office someone was sent right over and fixed the problem right away.

To date, a complete fiasco. The common thing heard from staff is "Sorry, can you come back another time?". Even at scheduled meeting times. The apartment needs many repairs and those are being taken care of one or two reminders at a time. Once resolved, i'm sure the experience will improve.

Great staff, great space & parking, pet friendly, perfect for kids, nearby stores, etc. it has been everything my family and I had been looking for. It has become our home and I enjoy living in this community. Overall experience has been great.
