it's a good place to live. neighbors are mostly quite. location is ideal for nearby restaurants and stores. good value for your rent money. extremely expensive to live here if you have pets. staff is friendly.

The maintenance staff has always been great! My issues are always addressed & completed in a timely manner. The maintenance staff that have worked with me so far, have been extremely friendly, understanding & efficient.

I like living here however, our air conditioner has given us several issues and have yet to have the complex replace it. Other than that we are very happy here. My brother has to stay here a lot alone and we are comfortable with him being here. It's a very safe community

ive been here 5 years and have had no problems I would recommend this park to anyone , my only concern is that some time thie noise from upstairs if there are children can be some what annoying at times, I have always found the office to be very helpful when the need arrives

I've lived here for a few years and so far so good. My neighbors are good and not too noisy. The only thing that is annoying is random people with their annoying honda low riders who come through the complex from time to time.

Complex entrance never close at night Breezeways gets clean once every two or more weeks, for resident safety lights outside are either broken or there is an electrical problem. Unable to see at night entering their apartment the insects are out of control. These issues are why I regretted renewing my lease

This community is not very good. I pay over $1000 a month to live here and the maintenance staff takes forever to fix any issues, I have to park on the opposite side of the parking lot half of the time because there's never any parking. I would never renew my lease here and do not recommend anyone moving here unless you want to over pay for terrible service.

This place is terrible, it has swampy ponds, broken gates and people that are rude to deal with in the front office. I would never recommend anyone to live in these apartments. Every time I need something done maintenance wise I have to ask 3-4 times for them to come out and fix it. The trash is ALWAYS overflowing on to the street and smells really bad. I know that kids have to go to school in the morning having to smell and look at this. The power outlets in the apartment are terrible, good luck keeping any type of air-fresheners attached, I have to tape anything I don't want to fall out of the power outlet. The people that do the lawn service blow all the dust and dirt all over your car and don't even pay any attention.

Would not recommend. Serious pest problems (roaches). Poor landscaping maintenance. Unresponsive, unqualified maintenance staff. Noise from neighbors is not addressed. Outdated buildings (popcorn ceilings, walls are painted over without being repaired first, obviously not done by professional painters). They always seem to be trying to do things as cheaply as possible, and it shows.

Poor. Dumpster is always overflowing onto the street. The lights around the complex are always out so it's pitch black. Service requests take forever to answer. There's no tracking system for packages so good luck getting the right pckage

Beautiful grounds, need more for kids to do, better parks, basketball and garages. Wish the gym was open 24/7, could have grills at apartment. TV service isn't worth the money and should be an option to pick provider. Apartments are nice with fireplace but could be upgraded better. Apartments are very quiet and grounds are very nice. All staff is nice and help in the best way possible.

I have enjoyed living here. It's like a bustling little metropolis inside a bigger city and I do enjoy the amenities that are provided here. The gym is quite nice and the ponds with all the ducks are very peaceful to walk around.

With the staff has been amazing but i do have one problem my nneighbors upstairs keep banging on the floor on purpise. At all times at night i talked to them about the problme and they were very rude i have gone to the office 5 times and i have even called the cops and still thd problme wasnt fixed on 12/25/2016 the banging was so hard my dinning room sealing lamp literally fell off and the glass broke ... sonetging needs to be done with this becuse i am getting very tired of it

Great community and friendly staff! Management is constantly looking at ways to improve our community. Pool hours should be extended to accommodate folks working 12 hour shifts and allow them ample opportunity to use the ameneties.

The staff is professional, courteous, friendly and caring. The community is well kept and quite safe which is important for me as a single woman. Steeples 2901 is literally convenient to everything you could want or need - shopping, schools, restaurants, churches, etc. It has been a very satisfying experience living here.

Many promises made at signing were not kept (24 hour gym, gate thatbworks, etc.) and the amenities are often out of service or poorly maintained in some way (dog park is simply bark chips atop a tennis court (non-permeable material does not make for a good dog park floor). Staff cannot keep up with the problems. Service has been a problem with them, as they rarely answer the phone and do not respond to messages.
