my experience at the community wasn't the best. The amenities were great however we weren't actually able to look at the two bed two bath apartment that I intended to rent. In addition, no information was given to us at the actual property regarding price, parking, extra fees, etc. An email was just sent to me later in the day for a move-in date that I didn't even ask for and the approximate rental price. In my opinion, this is experience was a little unprofessional as this was a tour that we had scheduled in advance.

I really like Cititower and for me it was a great fit for the price I pay. It has a great location if you prefer to be close to Lake Eola or even work in the downtown area. It gives you a chance to experience a high rise apartment.

I've lived at CitiTower since 2018, and it has truly felt like home from day one. The building is modern, well-maintained, and perfectly located ? but what really sets this community apart is the exceptional maintenance team. Over the years, they've consistently gone above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. Any time I've submitted a request, it's been handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. The crew is friendly, respectful, and always willing to explain what they're fixing or check in afterward to make sure everything's working properly. Beyond maintenance, the management team is responsive and welcoming, and the common areas ? from the lobby to the pool and gym ? are always spotless. I've watched the staff work hard every day to keep the property in top shape, and it really shows in the overall atmosphere of the community. After seven years here, I can honestly say that CitiTower continues to exceed my expectations. If you're looking for a clean, modern place to live with a maintenance crew that truly cares about residents, you won't find better than CitiTower. It's been an outstanding experience from start to finish.

great location in downtown Orlando, close to Lake Eola and the Phillips Center and walking distance to a Publix Supermarket, the garage is above ground and offers plenty of available parking, there is a large mail room for packages

Great experience, good staff and maintenance. Quiet community , offers great views of lake eola, roof top pool is bliss and decent gym. The ques for the pool game and table tennis balls upstairs are to be replaced. The game area is not well maintained

The tour was nice, the agent was on time and knew my name when I arrived. She was very friendly and interactive with people in the community while giving the tour. The community is nice and the upcoming upgrades to the common areas sounds amazing. I really liked the common work area space for working from home.

We like it very much. One issue is the noise level, particularly from the street. Loud car systems, chanting, and mechanical devices. Sometimes there are too many homeless people, and some also get loud.

So far so good! The location is great and the amenities are wonderful. Everyone in the building seems nice and I haven't had any issues with anything so far. Having 24 hour concierge down at the front desk during nights and weekends is incredibly helpful and very appreciated.

Older apartment with variable quality of items. Things in the apartment are old and ventilation system is old with smells from other apartments coming into your home. Front desk staff is nice. Leasing team responsiveness is variable.

Used to be a great place to live when ZRS management was here. Community has declined significantly throughout the years. Your new leasing consultant is trashy not a good look for the building. Not that the building looks great anyway with the renovation that are cheaply done and it shows.

We have been having issues with the hallway smelling of marijuana and have an even bigger problem with the smell invading our primary bedroom. We have slept numerous nights sleeping on the sofa. Management has done nothing. The elevators are always dirty.

Living at Citi Tower has been great. Perfect side of downtown to live. Lake eola walking distance Publix and also many events to attend. The staff here are on point and will always take care of any needs and the building is well kept and always getting attention and upgrades 100% recommend

This building is conveniently located in downtown Orlando near a wide variety of arts and entertainment facilities. Because of this proximity, though, it can sometimes be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. The staff are helpful and friendly and the building security is great. The sunset and sunrise views from the upper floors are stunning and the gym and rooftop pool are great for our needs.

So far my experience at CitiTower has been great. The concierge and property management have been helpful with every problem. Even the maintenance staff has been kind when I've run into them but I did submit a work order once I moved in 3 weeks ago and nothing has happened.
