Standards have fallen under Bainbridge management. The changes in package delivery is detrimental to residents. Carpets in corridors are unhygienic and smell. They are soaked in dog urine and Bainbridge management have ignored the problem for 6 months so far.

So far this building is a nice place to live. The unit I rented is nice and spacious enough for me. All the issues I had with some appliances were quickly resolved. The staff is very polite and helpful.

I have lived in the area for three years and moved to Cititower four months ago. The building has great amenities, pleasant staff, and the maintenance team is amazing, they resolve any concerns the same day or within 24 hours. The building is in walking distance of Publix, restaurants, nail salons, pet store, coffee shops, Lake Eola, ect. The building has recent opportunities to increase the cleanliness of the building.

It is the best in the south Lake Eola area and I have toured all the prominent apartment properties as well as condo properties. I also have friends currently living in a few of those other properties and even they prefer Citi Tower!

CitiTower's location is just awesome. I work across the street and plenty of restaurants are located within walking distance. A Publix is located within 400ft. Exterior noise is at a minimum most nights. Neighbor noise is a little different story. I have called security at least 50x for my neighbor to turn down/off his music after 10PM and there has been little to no effort to rectify.

Im very happy living here. The location is spectacular: walking distance from a lot of cool spots such as Publix, restaurants, church street, lake eola. The apartment is very nice: spacious, modern, silent: I don't hear my neighbors. The pool is great as is the gymn.
