Para nosotros Modera es lo mejor que hemos encontrado y lo recomendamos al 100% : la mejor ubicación, la limpieza y el orden siempre….,huele bien por todos lados, se preocupan por cada detalle incluidos los baños comunitarios, siempre impecables y todas las áreas comunes; el mantenimiento excelente, más se demora uno en pedir algún servicio, que ellos en atender el llamado; habíamos tenido muy mala experiencia en otros lugares, pero aquí, aquí nos atienden como se debe. I moved here so that I would not live right next to my job and enjoy some luxury living. Downtown Orlando is a great location and Creative Village is located near so many things to do. Back in December I experienced a traumatic occurrence and I wanted a fresh start. I approached the staff and they were genuinely concerned for me. I was able to transfer and start fresh and most of all have peace of mind. I will be forever grateful of the kindness that the staff afforded to me in this transition.

I visited Modera later in October while my wife and I were looking at apartments in the Orlando area. We are relocating this holiday and this spot was amazing. The park out front was so beautiful and the model apartment I saw was SO great. Mrs. Yillian gave us our tour and was so welcoming and did not presssure us but made sure we knew she could be counted on. My wife has not decided yet but I really hope we pick this one, the park would be perfect for our son and dog, Champ.

Location, cleanliness, everything is accessible and the cherry on top is all the amenities you have in this community. Great community to come home to and relax after a busy day. Modera Creative Village is wonderful. I look forward to going home everyday, and look forward to venturing throughout the complex. Its an extremely peaceful and beautiful community. The location is unbeatable too. You're in downtown but away from most of the craziness, and still very accessible access to popular downtown businesses. Dunkin is across the street, Qreate is in the same building, and a starbucks down the road for coffee lovers! 10/10 property and experience. Also would rate it as family friendly as the amenities our daughter loves!

Nice rental building. I wish the building had more control over the trash and refuse left by other residents inside and outside the trash rooms. Deep cleaning the carpeted common areas and lobbies. The intetnet service needs to be dependable.

I’ve been living in this building for about 2 years, and while the units themselves are decent, the experience with the office staff has consistently been unpleasant. For the amount of rent residents pay, we should be able to walk into a building where the atmosphere is welcoming—not tense, rude, or uninviting. From the beginning, the attitude of the front office has been cold and unprofessional. It often feels like we’re bothering them just by asking basic questions or needing assistance. A friendly face or polite tone goes a long way, and unfortunately, that’s been lacking here. People want to come home to a place that feels peaceful and positive, not one where the staff seems upset or irritated all the time. It’s disappointing that after all this time, the energy in the office has never improved.

Great place to live!

I’ve lived at modera for about a year now so I’ve spent enough time to make a fair review. To start, the building is located in a nice part of town. There are always events going on in the park across the street. Modera also always has their own events like this past weekend’s Easter egg hunt. The people in the front desk are nice but I’ve really had the best experiences with one of the maintenance techs Rob. He’s always professional, nice and makes sure to answer all my questions. When I put in an order request, he comes and fixes it either the next day or the day after. I’ve never had to wait for more than two days to have anything in my place fixed. Yillian is also incredibly sweet and pleasant to talk to when I see her around the building. I’ll definitely renew my lease!

I have no complaints with Modera. As long as I’ve lived here, I’ve gotten quick response to maintenance issues. I may get a little frustrated when the elevator breaks or internet goes out, however its always resolved in an acceptable amount of time.

The community is good and safe, and you are to commute to other places pretty quickly with little to no issues. Management provides good customer service in a timely manner so I have no complaints. Parking is pretty good sometimes but it does get crowded.

Everyone is so nice! I let Yilian know my door was flashing red and she explained the battery needed to be replaced. She made a maintenance request for me and Rob came by same day to fix it. Rob was also so nice and helpful. While he was fixing my door battery he also answered a question about our fridge. Staff at Modera are just a 10/10!

I love my new home at Modera Creative Village. I can walk to Orlando City games and there is a beautiful pool and gym. We love to walk around the neighborhood and get dinner at the Monroe or coffee at Qreate Coffee. I love living in a brand new, modern building so close to College Park and Downtown Orlando!

I loved it when I first moved in but it’s terrible now. The building is riddled with leaking and plumbing issues which is so odd for such a young building. There is no attention to cleanliness except for around the leasing office. There’s smeared poop all over the garage. It smells like dog poop everywhere especially on the fourth floor. There’s trash and litter everywhere. The floors are rarely if ever cleaned in the common areas. Don’t even get me started on the stairwells. There’s no security here so be prepared to bring your own. Everybody and their mama gets in here because it’s easy to get in with the vulnerability. They take their sweet natural time fixing things (I.e., taking a year+ to fix the garage door). Then when they fix something they pat themselves on the back like they’re so proud of themselves and are self-congratulatory while the residents sometimes wait their entire lease for things to be fixed! I don’t even know why they have a maintenance request system because they pick and choose what they want to address at any given moment and they falsely mark work orders complete when they are not. No one communicates or follows-up. I feel like I have to chase all of the staff around for everything which I shouldn’t have to since I’m the customer. Things are cheaply built in the apartments so they break easily. They let the grossest people move in here too. There’s no standards. Their policies are awful! Very punitive to residents. There’s no flexibility when it comes to transitioning out of your apartment. They won’t work with you and nothing is negotiable. The rents are greedily high and no you don’t get what you pay for. Nowhere near it. At times there’s a feeling of being micromanaged and they can get intrusive at certain points making you feel like a prisoner in your own home. I’ve seen many of the staff, current and past, do many inappropriate things. Many of them can be nasty for no apparent reason while a handful of them are nice. Theres a lot of turnover here too. There’s a reason why people are so in and out and there’s probably something not quite right at the Executive level. In any case, I wouldn’t recommend anyone live here given all of these issues. I’m not even sure how they keep this place so full! Do people just not care about quality of life anymore? Because this is the last place I would go given what I know about it and I’m not the only one here who feels that way. There are waaay better and less expensive options all over the area. This is not it!
