My experience was overall good. There were moments that left a negative feeling on me, but it was easy to ignore and let it go. Some neighbors love to play music with very strong bass and the way some people can’t take care of their pets. Positive moments were more common and noticeable. Starting from overall cleanness of apartment complex and ending with wonderful maintenance team.

When I first move to the apartment, I was very contempt with how well kept it was and how the hallways smelled good. The 4th floor which is where I live stinks now. There dog poop all other the carpet weekly and the place stinks

I enjoy living at Modera. The staff has been highly responsive when I’ve needed their assistance. My apartment is spacious and cozy. From time to time I can hear the neighbors upstairs but overall we live comfortable.

We moved in a month ago and so far we are loving our new home. The amenities are great. The grill could use some improvement but otherwise it’s good. The pool are and game room are excellent spaces to relax.

We liked it for the first few months. Everything was quiet, no problems. My family is very excited about to move out soon. Between the broken garage gate, multiple overnight false fire alarms, pissy smelling stairwells and some loud neighbors it’s time to go!

Living at Modera has been an absolute delight. Despite its centralized location, it offers a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The management team is exceptional, always attentive to residents' needs and ensuring a high standard of living. From the well-maintained grounds to the timely response to any maintenance requests, they truly go above and beyond. Plus, the convenience of being close to amenities without the noise pollution is a rare find. I couldn't recommend Modera enough for anyone seeking a balanced urban lifestyle with a serene atmosphere.

Already been disclosed to Brandon. For what residents are being charged, this place should be so much better. Everything is cheap and falls apart. I’ve had a broken oven for over a year now and the few times maintenance comes, they never do anything to fix it. My ice tastes like metal, the hallways smell like trash, there is pee and poop everywhere in the building due to poor pet ownership (poo prints is a good and easy fix), the late fee on the 3rd doesn’t line up with the Flex app option so I end up paying $200 more a month. I’m over it. This place sucks.

This community has been very inviting to me and my colleagues, friends, and roommates since I have joined them in 2022. Moving out on my own from my family home and being able to stay in the same place for multiple years is something I would have not expect in this current world outlook. When I first moved in, it was brand new and I was quite satisfied with it. After a year, everything was broken and the smell of marijuana and smoke could often be smelled. The neighbor upstairs played music until five in the morning.

It has been so far s great experience living here. I like all the different means of transportation available: lymmo, Sunrail and lynx. Very close to my favorite restaurants and other places. My average daily walk tripled since I moved here.

Too many flaws allover. It feels like there is alway one elevator down and one garage door down causing safety concerns. Not all property maintenance request are taken serious and office staff just seem to not care. I still hate that for downtown prices units do not come with light fixtures in the rooms and that doors were poorly installed.

Overall really nice place. The thing that sucks is parking, me and my girlfriend got a 2 bedroom apartment and you’d think that you’d get 2 parking spots for 2 bedrooms but no. Instead I have to pay $60 for the one spot a month and another $120 a month to park my car across the street at a different garage.

When we first moved into the apartment, we were very impressed because everything there suited us perfectly. The most important thing for us was that the apartment had a solid floor, and we couldn't hear anyone from below or above. Everything was always clean and neat, but recently, I've started to notice dirt, dog hair, dog urine in the parking lot, and trash in certain corners. We thought the apartments would be modern and different from others, but in the end, they all become the same. However, the managers in the office are very kind and responsive, and the maintenance team is also very good and quick to respond to requests.

Chris is AWESOME. Truly such a kind person who went above and beyond to help me with a situation after hours on a Friday night. He did not have an obligation to but still did so and I am forever grateful for that. He has also assisted me with other matters and has been extremely communicative and knowledgable. Modera is really lucky to have him and as a resident, I am too!

Modera creative Village is truly a staycation, the staff is great, the people are welcoming. The location is great as it’s in the Downtown area. Since we are in Central Florida we are essentially safe from Hurricanes as we are not immediately to the coast

Staff are phenomenal. The 5 star rating is for the office staff leasing personnel. Nothing further. Elevators are always down. Parking garage doors are always broken. Overall it’s clean but mixed residents don’t care for the common areas as what I’m used to.

My experience has been wonderful so far from my initial tour, throughout the application process and beyond move in day. The leasing office went over and beyond to make sure I had the unit that I liked and that all of my questions were answered. They were responsive and friendly and created a welcoming experience for a new tenant. Very happy I choose Modera Creative Village as my new home.
