A year already?!

I moved here a year ago and fell in love with my home. My work orders are done fast and the office staff is always smiling and friendly. I will be signing another year lease here at The Altair. The new laundry room is very cheap!

The staff go above and beyond!

When I visited the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Stacey was a delight! The building is beautiful and pool was sparkling. You can see the love the staff has for this place. I have my mom on the the waitlist!

I love calling here home!

I have been here a year now and when I moved in the amenities were not open. Now we have bingo and movies every week with Stacey. The pool is sparkling and I can't wait to swim this summer. The building is clean and smelling good.

Awesome staff

Stacey is a delight to have in the office and is always very helpful. Every time we need assistance or have any issues she is eager to help and resolve our concerns. The activities she plans are definitely good for the residents as it brings people out to socialize.

Wow what a difference!

I have called Englewood, now The Altair my home for 14years. The new staff have really turned this place around. We have fun events like weekly bingo, crochet, puzzles, movies and coffee daily! You guys are rock stars!

The Altair was a very accommodating apartment complex. And the staff was more helpful than I've seen before. Couldn't ask for better housing for price its an absolute steal. Come stop in maybe I'll pass you in the elevator

Great living!

The last al,ost year things have gotten so much better here. Maintenance is always quick with repairs and the office staff is always willing to go above and beyond. Between bingo, movies, and cook outs there is always something to do. Close to everything you'd need as well

Give pats on the back all the way around! When my aunt moved in a year ago, the amenities were still closed from COVID. Since the new staff came last summer they have really went above and beyond to make all the amenities available to us. Great work guys and gal!

Shout Out To Austin

I have been here going on 2 years, and under this new management & ownership, I have always had my work orders reviewed and completed in a timely & efficient manner. Austin & Staff get the job done. Plus, you can trust them in your apartment to fill a work order when you're out. My son and I really love living here. No place is 100% perfect and there are neighbors you have to deal with from time to time- like anywhere else, but for the most part, it feels so wonderful to be here. Go Team Altair.

Staff is not the friendliest. Takes long times to get things done. Still have things that need finished from hurricane Sally. They never follow through on the rules and what they say will happens. The only time they clean anything is if it affects them or if corporate is coming.

Before RAM it was awful. We went through many property managers. I was told many times that problems would be handled but never were. In about a couple months since RAM has been with us many problems have been resolved and are still being attended to. I appreciate that the staff respect my personal issues. The team of staff are awesome and amazing what only 3 make a huge difference.

Mom loves it!

My mom has lived here for a few years now. Got the chance to visit again recently and she couldn't stop talking about the place! New staff is amazing, common area are always lively and clean and the neighbors are the best! It's definitely in better shape than it wad when she first moved in! I look forward to retiring to a place like this when I'm finally able to!

I really love living here

Sense Brock, Austin, and Stacy have taken over service and pest control has gotten way better. Austin fixed my blinds that I have asked for sense I moved in. I love bingo days and movie days. They got all of our amenities back open. The management team is very friendly and understanding.

Interested in Housing for Grandfather

I am wanting to move my grandfather down to Pensacola to be closer to me. He is in town currently and we have been researching senior communities (he does not like children) to make sure he has a comfortable living environment. We found Englewood while doing our research and decided to stop by this past Monday. I can absolutely say that I have never felt more welcome or invited when walking into an office as I did when I stepped foot through door of this community. Came in and was immediately greeted by Mr. Brock (I apologize spelling is wrong). with wonderful pleasantries and did not just immediately jump right into why we were here. Quickly informed us of the restrictions and requirements of the facility and gave us a run down to see if we qualified. We wanted immediate move in, but he did let us know about the waitlist that is currently in place. He was very excited to place us on this waitlist and was more than willing to give us a brief tour of the amenities and common areas which are stunning. Based on the experience of just inquiring and touring this community, we will most definitely be sure to hold out and be patient with the waitlist just based on the staff and cozy atmosphere this community provides. We look forward to getting a call soon and making Englewood my grandfather's home away from home.

Move in was easy!

Stacey was very helpful and knowledgeable with my move in process. The amenities and location of my new home is perfect. I was able to play a game of pool in the game room. I hope to take a swim in the beautiful pool before summer ends.
