Improvement and upgrades

The apartment complex has gotten way better sense the new team took over. This place is one of the better places I have lived. They got my ac replaced and back up and running as quickly as possible. I love loving here. Apartment 427

Nice place Odd treatment

Nice clean place. Seemed ok at first, staff was nice when applying and getting payment for application but some tenants/guest were rude and seemed territorial. I liked building but atmosphere was off and not welcoming.

I can see a change.

I have lived at Englewood for seven years. I love my home and I can see a change with the new management company. The new staff is very helpful and friendly. When maintenance is called he responds in a timely manner. I want to thank the office staff for caring. I also feel much safer here.

I love this apt complex. My apt is beautiful. I have made many friends that are lasting years, even though some have moved out to other towns. I hope to live here longer as I am up in years but my rent has gone up twice this year alone. I hope you will consider that most of us who are not on HUD are trying our best to keep up with rising rents.

Prior to Ram taking over management of Englewood Senior Apts, I was planning to leave this year due to the awful problems with water leaks and mold in my bathroom that took over 3 months to be addressed. I will probably stay another year to see if Ram continues to manage the complex as good as they have so far.

A: Yes, if there were no elevators to the top floor I would not be able to live here. I use a walker.
