Niko came to take care of the issues at my home. He got the icemaker working by connecting the waterline to the refrigerator. He also explained to me that the outlet worked by the light switch. He was professional and respectful. It was taken care of in a timely manner.

Good for the area. Great location because it's central and has a lot of access to local shops and to the main highways. Probably the nicest apartments in the area, but I wouldn't consider it luxury for that very reason.

Well secured community. It's a great place to live. The are surrounding might not be the safest but it helps to be in gated & secure community. Leasing staff is very helpful. They helped me move in & make the process simple.

I was very hesitant about moving across country from Ohio to Florida but after viewing Waverly Terrace I instantly felt reassured and ready to move. The office and maintenance team are honestly amazing here and very helpful. My apartment is stunning, as well as, the pool and gym! My move in process was such a breeze and overall I am so thankful I found this complex. Highly recommend!

Community is beautiful. However, some of the fixtures in the apartment are definitely cheap... such as cabinets. There's also issues with minimal area for dog walking and large garbage disposal as there is no easy access to dumpsters. Cameras are everywhere and they're monitored, which is good and bad. Package room is a disaster. Automated door rarely works. I'm no longer sure I'm getting value for my money.

We d like to provide a little clarity regarding a few of the items mentioned: Our community does have a dedicated dog park located on the backside of Building One. This space allows pets to safely run off-leash and enjoy exercise in a designated area. Additionally, dumpsters are conveniently located behind Buildings One and Two for easy trash disposal. We also offer valet trash service Monday through Friday at 8:00 PM to provide added convenience for our residents. Regarding the package room, we receive daily deliveries from multiple carriers including Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and other vendors. Drivers use the chart posted inside the package room to place packages on the appropriate resident shelves, and larger items are neatly placed on the floor. That said, we understand that high package volume can sometimes cause the room to feel disorganized. Our team does regularly check and reorganize the space as needed, and we will absolutely pay closer attention to ensure it remains tidy and accessible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Here are some facts based on my own experience: - never had any pest issues - apartment interior still new, good quality - maintenance team VERY quick to solve any issue - staff is kind, professional, and do care for residents - safe area, never had issues with that - neighbors mostly keep to themselves But, things you should know: - rent prices for an apartment are not standardized, they vary day-to-day (ex: a 2b 2ba one day might be $1900 and the next day $2000) - the company favors long term leases (14-15 months); month-to-month after your initial lease is an enormous increase, so this is not a good choice if you need flexibility - you will pay an extra, mandatory $30/month for "valet trash" (no recycling) - you will also pay a portion of the complex's utilities every month - on top of your base rent + valet trash [not including your own utilities] - walls are fairly thin, you will likely hear your neighbors

Maintenance comes in here all the time. Inspections happen all the time. Like, enough of this. They do back-to-back monthly inspections at times. It's so annoying like can we just LIVE where we pay all this money at?

Location, pool area and ease of parking are a definite plus. The staff in the front office is a revolving door which means the staff rarely knows you by name. Maintenance is definitely the best around, friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. Complex feels safe with multiple cameras, night time security and a LEO living on-site.

We just moved in & the staff have been very courteous compared to the last place. So far, it's been a seamless process. Lots of information for the amenities to enjoy.
