I would like to say thank you for cheerful and caring atmosphere as soon as we walked into door, I was greeted by Jessica tell me about those property and how friendly oriented they are and I like the that. Like I was already at home before I look at the apartment and customer service was on point all the way through the viewing other apartments. I appreciate this and I will tell anybody who is looking for a place to stay to come here. Thank you

Great extra amenities, fast to respond Staff, Safe place to live, Kid friendly grounds, Next to Grocery Shops, Starbucks, Chase Bank, USPS store, food places? You are living in your own little Village.

Nice Apartment, great amenities within the apartment complex but the surrounding area is somewhat sketchy and not very safe once you leave the complex. Too many pot smokers within the complex and the smell just permeates the hallways.

Brandon and other staff were kind, generous and professional. The apartment complex is well designed, clean, new and comfortable. Prices are reasonable compared to other apartments considering their condition. Amenities are also well maintained. The most important point is the high security level. We like that there is 24/7 security staff and the cameras. Overall this apartment complex is one of the best place in Temple Terrace.

Great community. Fine atmosphere good area. Near many stores very convenient and staff to a friendly I will recommend to any new arrivals. In Florida. And the other ampa. Bay area Come by and visit. And shopping in the district

I love everything about my apartment! It's like living on a resort. The amenities are amazing!!! There's also so many shopping stores, restaurants, and plenty of things to do near by. Great community to be apart of.

This has been a wonderful apartment to live in as the units and facilities themselves have been wonderfully taken care of. The maintenance and office staff are very quick to respond and have addressed any concerns I have had very quickly.

It has been the best experience living here. The outside is always clean and well lit up so I feel safe walking my dog. Trash is ALWAYS picked up on time. The apartments are spacious and worth the price. The team is always friendly and efficient when having to fix any maintenance issues or answering any questions. This has been the best living experience I have had in Tampa!

Waverly Terrace Apartments are very nice and up to date. The staff are all very helpful and kind, but I can't say the same for some of the residents. They can be loud and rude depending on what part of the building you live in.

It's been the best apartment complex we have ever lived in. The staff and tents are all wonderful. Everyone is courteous and respectful to one another. Always looking out for each other. We are more of a community than an apartment building.

When we visited this apartment community we were greeted at the door. The leasing agent was very friendly and showed us a couple of apartments we were interested in as well as the amenities. I will say the pool area was fantastic, it was hard to believe this apartment was in a Winn-Dixie parking lot. But that's where it stopped. Walking into the apartments the first thing I noticed was how dim it was, and that the refrigerators in every apartment we looked at looked like they got a discount in the scratch and dent section of the appliance store. The rooms were small, the layouts were so confusing and hard to picture setting up your living room furniture and not having a wall for your tv. The leasing agent suggested to hang the tv or an arm that swings out so you can see the tv while sitting on the couch. Overall, I think that these apartments are not what I'd consider luxury. There are other luxury apartments within 10 minutes from this place that are comparable in price but so much more luxurious than these apartments.

The only concern is having to look at my neighbors trash all weekend after they missed pickup Thursday nite. There should be some guidelines about this. Its embarrassing to have guests smelling and seeing someone's trash.

The grounds are well maintained and staff is professional and responsive . So far, no complaints about how the complex is run. Staff is friendly and eager to help. It's been the best part of living here.

It was clean New Manager Melissa and -Brandon- Kennan are awesome people running this place and maintain team are creat people also. Location is great also they keep the building clean is just other resident to clean after there pets and we should be good and keep the trash from the hallway of the ground

The property is a commuminty with a community. Temple Terrace is growing and some my shy away from the area. Thus far, it has been a great experience. I love the continuous communication, the security and comfort.

Overall good experience, office staff and maintenance are excellent. Security has been great when I've needed their help. Weed and cigarette smoking is prevalent on the daily. The management should be more strict on this considering it is a non smoking community. Convenient location, spacious apt. Beautifully kept. Nice amenities. Some people's dogs are very loud and barking goes on for hours. Office staff have done a good job trying to stop it. I live right by an access door and I hear the noise constantly when im in my bedroom. My sleep has been disturbed several times due to the heavy use of the door. My bedroom wall sits right by that metal door. Prices are high, hopefully that changes in the future when the market goes down.

This community is amazing. Management is always so willing to help and answer any questions with no reservations. The amenities here are so well kept and enjoyable. You will definitely feel safe at this complex and feel the welcoming nature of other residents. I'm always so proud to have guests over whether to show off my beautiful apartment or the fun amenities. I can't imagine renting from anywhere else.

Living here, so far, has been the best thing me and my roommates have ever done. The space in the B1 unit is more than enough and it is also beautiful. The amenities are always so clean! Also, move in day was seamless. Our hot water wasn't on and someone from maintenance came almost immediately to fix the issue. I 100% recommend Waverly Terrace.

The apartments are new and I am the first tenant to move in the apartment, so of course there are things to repair. The maintenance personnel are great, not like a house. Nice accommodations. Luv it!
