Gorgeous property!

I tried to delete my last review because I think it wasn't worded right but I didn't know how, so I am re doing it...First let me say that our leasing agent Brandon is always very professional and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. He gave us exactly what we wanted and needed. I needed a place close to my job at Moffit Cancer Center, and let me tell you WAVERLY is the DIAMOND in the rough here in Temple Terrace. Stunning landscape and high-end features, well-kept pool and grill area with resort style amenities, crews are always working to keep it up. I hope management continues to screen their potential tenants to keep it this way! This resort style apartment complex is close to everything we need in walking distance. We love our new home.

We have loved being at Waverly Terrace and enjoy our apartment a lot! There are so many places in walking distance which has made it so convenient! The apartment is also very secure and the staff does a great job to address any issues that happen!

Waverly Terrace is totally accommodating. Indoors is spacious and comfortable with a cozy feel. Outdoors is amazing...large pool, plentiful seating, large grill. I can't say enough good things about the amenities and perks of living in this community.

Moved into this brand-new apartment unit. There are some very small imperfections here and there (e.g. blind strings slightly unleveled, small scratches from construction) but overall done beautifully - I especially love the open kitchen and walk-in closet layout. The appliances are great. Friendly and helpful front desk staff and nice community space.

This apartment spared no expense when designing this community from the very high tech gym to the beautiful pool and spa. Upon walking into the leasing center I could tell that the owners put great pride into this community.

Nice and clean community staff at the office very helpful and welcoming too. It's hard a little bit while getting groceries into this community because of the design of the building and limited entries but I guess it's made so for safety issues..I would suggest if they can leave inside dollys for the residents to move easily when carrying groceries from car into the apartments because there is a very long hallway to walk through.

Address, Staff, Maintenance and Communication Not Good !

The overall apartments are nice and quite great as they should be considering the price being paid. However, the address is an issue. When I have anything delivered; food, packages, groceries, etc. I am being told repeatedly that my building address takes them to a bank half a mile down the road, completely ridiculous. I have tried to get answers on why this is happening and when it will be fixed because it is very annoying and have been calling for about a week and still am not getting any answers. I am in the process of moving and am trying to get the furniture delivered because the address is invalid FedEx can't deliver packages to my door, so I have to physically go down to the mall room and haul it to my apartment. Zero responsibility is being taken, I am getting no answers. I have issues with my apartment, my door for the patio doesn't lock, which is a security issue, and one of my cabinet levels has a hole. I tried to call maintenance twice and never received a call back yet. I didn't receive a mailbox key until 5 days after moving in because they didn't make a copy. The apartment complex itself is pretty good, but communication from staff overall is so bad, beyond terrible. Due to not receiving any answers, I have to result to contacting Richmond Signature group myself and all of their staff to try and get some answers.

When I first started looking around for apartments in this area (Temple Terrace) I was sooo excited for this one in particular! I was so impressed by how beautiful the pool and gym is. I had help from Cassie the leasing manager who was super helpful in the whole process! Once we moved in everything started going downhill which was very disappointing to me considering I have referred multiple people to live here as well. The move in payment was not done correctly, the apartment was not move in ready. The contractors messed up so much stuff in my unit specifically. The cabinets are not level, there's issues with our patio door and so many other things. Overall, I would say my move in experience got ruined but I'm still hoping this can get fixed to make the overall experience great because this building has so much potential to be amazing and worth the cost. But as of now I would not refer anyone to move in after my personal experience.
