Avassa Hammock landing is definitely a place to be seen. I have been a resident here for approximately eight months and so far.It has been incredible. The leasing staff in employees are very friendly. The maintenance team is always on point and very quick to get your maintenance request handled. Everything witj this property is extremely easy to access.. from paying your rent, to making any type of service requests, or if anything does happen?There is a community officer that is available after hours. The amenities are phenomenal and very well up kept.

Living in a gated apartment community has been a really positive experience for me. The gated access adds an extra level of security, which makes me feel safer coming home, especially at night. I also like that there tends to be less random traffic because only residents and their guests can enter. The community usually feels quieter and more private, and it’s easier to recognize neighbors. Overall, it creates a more comfortable and controlled living environment.

Getting maintenance requests done is a job in itself. They are very slow to respond (especially since they only work on resident requests on Thursdays (and that’s only if there’s not an emergency in the community). Even the simplest of requests have to wait because maintenance are the only workers who can put holes in the apartment walls for mounting and hanging. In truth, once maintenance finally shows up, the requests are handled in a quick and professional manner. It just takes too long to get a simple request done !

I’ve lived in the complex for about two years. I can genuinely say this is the best complex I’ve lived at ever. The staff is friendly. They care about their residents. You’re not just someone who pays rent. They grounds are beautifully kept. Their grounds are always quite, no noisy neighbors. Maintenance staff are always friendly. Quick to not only repair any issues but will always explain what’s going on. I’ve loved living here so far and will continue to do so as long as it stays like this.

There are Silver fish, my upstairs neighbor is noisy always banging on something, hallway is dirty. The gate is a problem, visitors can not always call. The trash service is a nice bonus but I can take my own trash to the dumpster since I live across from it, the service should be optional

Love this community and all of the amenities. The pool is amazing and has the best views. The fitness center is open 24/7. The other amenities are bark park, gated, car washing station, cyber cafe, and outdoor cabanas.

My experience is having me look for somewhere else to live if that is a good enough summary. I do not feel that neighbor harassment should be a thing and the silverfish situation is ridiculous. I don’t like how the hallways outside the apartment are dirty or trash pieces are left and no one cleans it up.

Overall a positive experience. Grounds could be maintained better. Internet service is with AT&T … could do much better with another service provider such as Spectrum. Community is safe and easily accessible. Nice pool and weight room.

The community is nice, gated, and safe. The staff is very helpful and friendly! The apartments are very clean and spacious! The neighbors are very quiet and very friendly! The surrounding area is nice and there is no fear of crime in the area! The sound of the units is very well padded to reduce noise! The pads between the stairs is very spacious and makes it considerably easier to move couches and large furniture in. Very modern home! Valet trash makes things so much easier!

Good community in general, clean, safe, and great pool area. Needs to be improved in minor thins, but in general a great place to live. Staff is nice, they are hard to reach, and to follow up with. Apartments are new and nice but you can hear a lot of upper neighbors WALKING and all. Better than other communities but not 100% quiet. In general, very satisfied. Not unbearable place to live, it is actually a good place to live.

I truly enjoy living here. My apartment is large and well laid-out, and it has a great view over the central lake. I also enjoy the community, which is diverse (different backgrounds, different ages), and cordial. The maintenance team is efficient, dedicated and friendly. Management team is efficient and ready to help.

The staff does not follow through with anything. They do not respond via e-mail nor address issues or concerns via phone. The women seem to have attitudes as though they do not wish to be bothered. I’ve never dealt with staff like this. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone but it seems as though there have been complaints about the property management as a whole so what can we expect? my overall experience at this community, has been great. The move-in experience was seamless and easy. The staff made it easy to feel comfortable. We have been here a few weeks and have had a great experience so far with staff and maintenance. Everyone is very friendly and caring. Our only complaint is the loud noise we have above us from neighbors. Unfortunately you can hear everything from above each apartment. We love the pool area and amenities here. We found the floor plan to be the most functional of many apartments we looked at, the porches are a great size and we love the extra storage closet. Bedrooms are all good sizes and the fixtures and materials they used in the apartment are actually higher end as compared to other luxury apartments in this price range.

Great community and excellent staff landscaping could use alot of attention. I love being a resident here and look forward to being here for a while. The office staff is amazing. Maintenance is amazing. The entire staff is what makes this a great place to live and I feel like I am home
