Pleasant start, quiet and respectful community, close to all good stores, markets and cinema we like. Easy access to the I95 or Palm Bay Ave. This is the best place we live since we moved to Melbourne in 2023, and the apartment looks never used! The neighbors are polite and the place is realy clean. Staff works very eficiently and fast. The pool area and gym are very good!

I was still waiting for my gift card that I was promised It’s been since April I was promised a $500 gift card. I’ve asked about it numerous times and still receive no answer. Other than that, the experience has been positive except for the elephants that live above my apartment.

Peaceful and easy to navigate all the smart hub features. Staff are very kind and are helpful when you need assistance with problems. The pool area is always kept tidy and clean. The gym is 24 hours and always sanitized, so you don’t have to worry about if it’s dirty or not.

I absolutely love our community! The residents here are truly amazing, and the staff is incredibly helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. Everything else is great, and my only complaint is the landscaping, which seems to be getting worse.

Horrible. This is one of the worst properties I’ve lived. I would not recommend living here. There are better options in the area. Lots of dogs. Lots of noise. Lots of poop. The rent is very high relative to amenities offered.

This is a great community; however it get quite frustrating when the security gate is inoperable and the repair by a third party is not done in a timely manner. Additionally, the fountains in the lake are inoperable a large majority of the time which is also quite frustrating for those residents like myself who pay more for an apartment with a lake view and you have to deal with a stagnant-stale lake.

My overall experience is mid. Between the amenities not working half of the time, the security gates not working, and the lack of care and upkeep for the properties are below average. Yes, the apartment has beautiful interior and everything is good inside the unit. The maintenance staff is amazing and quick on their feet. Again, there is just some things that need to be fixed that should be fixed.

We love the area and apartment complex. The grill area needs to be cleaned up a little since the folks that use it, don’t know how to clean after themselves. Tha maintenance team is awesome. They respond very quickly and do a great job.

Too much speeding and dogs off leashes. Often the front staff has no idea of what is going and they make it up as they go along. Maintenance is excellent, especially Clint. Landscaping is very poor. Over grown and dead.

OK, but issues remain. In previous surveys I have pointed out that shrubbery hidden from view is not maintained, the trash/recycling area continues to be a disaster, and twice now I have maintenance people show up without any notice.
