I enjoy everything about living in this residence. It's well located and the apartments are comfortable and spacious, the new management team (Venterra) seems sincerely committed to residents' comfort (much more than the previous company which owned and sold the property a few months ago) and the new management team is great. Besides, I enjoy my neighbors, mostly young professionals from varied and interesting backgrounds. The only thing that would make me want to leave would be if prices went up!

I will give a five star rating overall for this community. It is new and the builders used higher end furnishings that I like throughout including the kitchen, light fixtures, soft close cabinets and drawers, bathrooms, doors, and blinds. It has a beautiful, modern appeal. The infinity pool is elegant and the spaces for gatherings are very nice and fully equipped for all your gathering needs. I love the coffee and office area too. The lake is a stunning view for people like myself who enjoy and need that kind of inspiration for my creative work at home or just to help unwind after a day of work. The patio is a nice size and I love that they are all screened in. This is so needed in Florida! I’ve used the gym several times and it is nicely equipped with more than most apartment gyms. I wish I could figure out how to use the tvs but I haven’t been able to personally so I don’t know if it’s possible to do workout programs in the yoga room but it is really cool if you can. I’m guessing it is possible I just haven’t been able to figure out how. I absolutely love the pet friendliness of the community and you have to love dogs or at least accept that it is pet friendly to live here because there are several of them now in the neighborhood. I love that my dog has made friends here and through her connections, so have I. I opted to get a garage because we came from a house with a garage and needed the storage for my husband’s tools and such. I enjoy having the garage here rather than being required to rent an off site storage facility that closes at certain hours and requires a drive to get to stuff. Overall, yes I love it here. It is pricey but does have a lot of higher end features and amenities to be expected with that price tag. It’s also very close to the plazas with a side road to get to the stores without needing to go on the main road. That is great for me. I hate driving so it is definitely a plus to be so conveniently located.

All zeros. They don’t deserve anymore than a zero. This place is gross and unhelpful and disrespectful. I would never encourage anyone to live here don’t let the pool fool you. It is honestly the worst place I have ever lived. You pay an arm and a leg for luxury and feel like you’re living in the woods with bugs everywhere you turn.

Generally very good. We are satisfied even though we would not mind seeing a bicycle parks where residents can park their bikes instead of keeping them on their balconies. Also, building some speed bumps would hopefully slow the few irresponsible drivers

Not safe. Stolen vehicle infront of my apartment. Nobody is of anyhelp they will brush off your problem just to get rid of you. When it comes to billing issues they wont help you. Justify the problem just so they dont have to deal with you. I will not recommend to anybody. Worst apartment complex and the name that manages this. Worst place ive lived in. I would be better off living in the ------

Overall I am pleased with the duration of my stay, the staff are respectful and responsive since there was a change in management. The amenities are nice but the rent is too expensive and there could be more features for how much is being paid monthly.

I would not advertise these as luxury apartments. There is nothing luxury about this place. I stay on the 3rd floor and constantly hear everything below me through the floors. The common hall way areas are dirty and there is always a stinch of marijuana. The valet trash is iffy and when they don’t pick up certain neighbors trash it can stay in the halls for days until reported. There is no designated area for kids to play so I find them playing around cars everyday with scooters, bikes, etc. There is not speed limit enforced around the community and neighbors speed through the complex. The gym does not have a lot of space or equipment. The pool area and clubhouse is excellent and probably the nicest thing the property has to offer. Management has changed within the last couple of months and they have been good with customer service and very responsive but before they always had an attitude and nothing ever got done. Rent here is way too expensive to live with these constant issues and I will not be renewing my lease here in the future.

New property management company acquired this company and are still learning the ropes. Don’t recommend to move in unless you want to deal with the downs of learning the ropes with them. The sidewalk around the lake floods and pools in certain areas after a light rain storm.

Overall, the community is not very good, the staff was pretty terrible, repairs, uncompleted, trash, nightmares pretty much anything that could go wrong was going wrong. Recently, the community was purchased by another company. They seem to be pretty great as of now time will tell.

Upstairs neighbors are extremely noisy, people are smoking in and around building, road noise is extremely loud ( had no idea it would before signing lease ), pool hrs advertised as Dawn to dusk but instead was told the are set for 8 pm to 8 pm in summer when sunrise is way before 8 and sunset well after 8 ( should not be advertising Dawn to dusk), big ruts in grass in front of my unit because using a huge lawn mower, grass / trimmings are being blown into screen porch, bushes never trimmed in 6 months living here, outside hallways were dirty when moved in and do not appear as if ever were cleaned, air conditioners positioned right next to 1st floor screened porch adding more extremely loud noise. Rent is way too high for all issues - certainly should not be advertised as luxury apts. everything in apt built with no respect for quality/appearance (shims left under trim, missing trim under vanities, warped door to laundry room that previous maintenance management refused to replace, and more). But worst part is the thin floors between floors. Every night it sounds like huge boulders are going to crash thru my ceiling.

It's a lovely community but correspondence with management is difficult. I don't get their emails. Even though this was explained to them on multiple occasions directly and through the app. This is how they are saying they correspond with me. I have written on the app multiple times to call me and my phone number is listed there. This had become a major problem. I was in the office Saturday for paper work they needed me to sign. I explained my reasons for not signing and was told it would be addressed. As of today 10/24/23 I have still not heard from them. I'm sure this will now become my problem. Please just do the right thing until the new owners take over. Thanks Selina

could be better. never had roaches but this apartment doesn't spray and there seems to be a roach issue. i see them crawling outside. parcel lockers are always down. trash valet is iffy. for a new apartment i expect better. i give a rating of C-

So far it hasn't been the greatest. The people at the front desk are horrible at responding to requests from residents. The common hallways are always dirty, with spiders, bee nest, and trash on the floors. The internet is horrible as we work from home it's reliable internet connection.

I expected to have a luxury experience, but that has not been the case. I have made concerns that stem from organization and communication issues with the office and director and they have been ignored. There are irresponsible people using the pool and dog owners who leave areas dirty and unpleasant. There seems to be no one ensuring community rules are followed.

Beautiful Property

The apartments are very spacious and have tons of cabinets space with huge walk in closets. They have several different floor plans to choose from. They have a very warming feel and literally feels like living in a resort. They have so many amenities and the pool is so gorgeous. It's a heated salt water infinity pool that has hammocks aside that are so relaxing. I am very glad I went with this property. The staff worked together to make my move easy.
