Was a better experience when i first moved in, but now, the quality of the building has gone down. Nothing really works. You can’t grill, buzz in guests. NO GUEST PARKING HARDLY EVER. NO concierge as advertised. They say the leasing agents can assist, but that is not their job. Who is at the desk when an agent is on tour with another guest?Elevator is always broken, So if you live on floor 17 it will take about 10 mins for you to even get to your car. There’s homeless people in the stairways, oh and one last thing, your car may get broken into even though you’re paying $50 per month for parking. Amenities cost too much for the quality residents are receiving. Agents are nice mainly, but one thing that rubbed me the wrong way is posting pictures of a former residents belongings in the parking lot after being evicted, then attaching the pictures in email saying “this could be youâ€� when clearly everyone driving in the deck can see it. Very unprofessional

Used to be great when I first moved here, but over time the standard of living as a whole has dropped considerably. Has great potential because the units are relatively large compared to similar buildings, the views and location are unmatched, the amenities are top-notch (when they work), but the property can use some improvements on cleanliness.

The overall resident experience could be greatly improved with better coaching for the team or, if necessary, a full replacement of staff. No one moving into their home should feel like a burden. Communication must be more timely and professional, whether over the phone or in person, and staff should always maintain a pleasant and consistent demeanor. Homes should be properly cleaned and prepared, and residents should be treated fairly and equally, without staff selectively being courteous. Improving these areas would create a more welcoming and professional environment.

Generation is a great community and place. The staff are very welcoming and respectful. Cierra was the absolute best when I was moving in. She made the experience very easy and efficient. And even got me the balcony I really wanted.

Property is infested with roaches. Security harasses residents and is no where to be found when needed. Amenities are often closed without notice and areas kept untidy. Homeless persons access and occupy the property( property not secured) Signs are posted that there is no air bnb however I have met and personally witnessed people staying here and admitting they booked a stay here on air bnb

HORRIBLE ROACH PROBLEM

The roach problem is insane! I am very clean and ocd and can’t believe I had to experience a roach infestation to the point I packed up and moved..Extermination was done multiple times and that did not fix the issue…I spoke with many other tenants who are experiencing the same issue and it is just ridiculously disgusting..I couldn’t even cook for months bc it was so bad! I would not advise moving here unless you want to see roaches 24/7 in your apt!

This apartment complex has it's issues like any other, but over all I feel safe and my home is nice and I love my view. The maintenance team ensures things get fixed quickly. I use the gym almost everyday and it has everything I need. When there isn't a party or they close the pool randomly I enjoy sitting out and looking over the city. There has been some issues with the elevator breaking or the parking garage door not working but they seem to get big things fixed within a month.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Management is unresponsive and does not care about ensuring tenant satisfaction. I had my wallet stolen out of my car in the “secured” parking garage because the garage door was left unrepaired for over a month. I was locked out of my room for an entire night because both 24/7 maintenance and 24/7 concierge are a LIE. They don’t exist. Don’t trust this apartment to provide what you pay for. They WILL NOT

I would love to give positive feedback. But it's hard when the experience is a great on. Electric fees for front office lights, water bill was out the roof. Did not set reimbursement when the main water line break in the area, was charged fee for something out of my control. I went to life in a hotel because I was unable to take a shower

My experience thus far has been wonderful! Starting with the Concierge Mia whose kind and always willing to help residents/customers when they need assistance. She continues to generate a positive attitude when the name Generations comes to mind. Mia is a delight to have in the lobby as the customer experience begins with the front desk.

My neighbor has had noise complaints every single day since I have moved in yet nothing has been done about it, only verbal warnings every time that lead to nothing. I hope you like sleeping with ear plugs if you plan on moving here

The Generation Atlanta apartment complex presents an aesthetically pleasing facade; however, upon closer inspection, the interior falls short of expectations. While the initial base rent appears appealingly low, tenants encounter multiple additional fees that significantly inflate their overall rental expenses. In hindsight, armed with the knowledge of these hidden costs, the decision to lease within this establishment may have been reconsidered.
